Stefon and Tyler did a thorough and careful installation, kept my house clean when drilling thru the wall, and answered all my questions. They are a very professional team. Matt spent the time to excellently plan the installation tailored to my needs in this small off- grid strawbale cabin. It appears that this AC Ductless Split Unit will work wonderfully with my limited solar power plant!!

Extremely rude... My husband passed away that day when the guy came to give me an estimate. He was very rude, and banged my door when I told him that the lady on the phone did not tell me to pay$75 dollars only for estimate. Extremely heartless, no words to describe that attitude in those difficult moments for me...

We were helped by Jason. He was Extremely professional and helpful and did nor speak to technical when explain the assessment of the A/C system. Will definitely use again of something else were to malfunction

J&M's service tech Mark came to my home on time to do yearly maint. on my Carrier AC. He was neat (even wore booties in my home), well dressed and completely knowledgeable on my AC. I don't think there is a better heating & AC contractor in the Valley.
