Daniel deserves special acknowledgment for his speed, determination, and efficiency in finding the problem in an HVAC not working. The resident was having quite difficulty with the early August heat surge and Daniel went above and beyond to speed the diagnosis process.
He was extraordinarily fair in charges and is now top of my list for the next HVAC issue.

Adrian knows airconditioning. He was able to troubleshoot our problems and get our A/C working properly again. He was also personable, polite, and easy to understand. We asked for his card so we could ask for him if we ever have a need again or if a neighbor asks for a recommendation.

I bought an air conditioning system brand new from them about 2 1/2 years ago it worked pretty well and so today when I saw weird steam coming out the vents I called them to ask them what it was and if they could come make sure it's OK. The last never mentioned a fee or I would have never had them come. the guy showed up he was very friendly and nice he told me that it was humid in air because my dryer vent was ripped he said he didn't know what was causing my vent to have vapor Coming out of it. he just said that my filters needed to be changed even though I just bought them 3 weeks ago and I have the receipt to prove it long story short he told me it would be $65 service fee I feel very ripped off and I will never use this company again do not buy an air conditioning system from this company, or have them service you. I will be sure to tell all of my friends friends of @thehippielounge710 @weareallmadhere420inc @tacosesh

Had trouble lighting the heater's pilot light. Adrian from this company came out, didn't even try to light the pilot and told me I needed 2 parts to repair it totalling over $500 with labor. I declined, still paid $65 for the estimate then had Gardeners Heating come out and he explained how I had to hold the pilot button in a while for it to ignite. Also did some safety inspections and gave me suggestions for the downdraft ALL FOR $50. Shame on J&M trying to exploit me!!!!

Adrian was right on time for my appt. I needed a new blower motor and he gave me a quote for it. He had the motor in his van and was able to get right to it. I now have air again! Thanks Adrian for the good service.
