My experience with the company is they showed professional pride from sales to install ! Salesman was to the point and full of information about his equipment ! Made the sale with his experience. There was a heat wave right when my park model was delivered. They did there best to get my unit installed ASAP ! I really like that about them . When Mark showed up he was as professional as was Ryan the sales representative was when he made his presentation. So here comes the installation crew. Absolute pros ! These guys got it done in a few hours. Started the equipment and it ran perfectly thank you Gabe & Frank GREAT JOB ! If you need an air conditioner these are the people to talk to. I found J&M Air conditioning through google local after reading the reviews they had (which the majority of them were good) I called to have a service pro come out to my house and give me an estimate. I really liked that the $65 estimate is waived if you have the service done by them (which I was planning on having anyway that was more bonus for me). Adrian arrived to my home and he was professional and courteous, explained in detail what he was doing. Once he was finished diagnosing the problem he went over it with me causes/solution/cost in a very professional manner and answered all my questions which I appreciated. They fixed my A/C and I am one happy camper with my A/C and the service provided to fix it. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to fix their A/C.

Kevin from J&M took the time to troubleshoot the issue we've been having with our unit for quite some time. I've had other technicians/companies come out who couldn't figure out what the problem was. Within an hour Kevin had nailed down several issues that were missed by the original installer (NOT J&M) and everyone else that has serviced the unit since. If you want it done correctly call J&M, trust me you won't go wrong. Class A service at an extremely great price!

I turned my furnace on last night for the 1st time in a long time to keep warm, but after the system was running for about 10 minutes it smelt like an electric fire in my attic. I called these guys up and they were able to get me scheduled and come out right away. Within 15 minutes of being here they had found the problem and were fixing it. They did a great job at a very fair price and I was so Happy the technician was able to explain what was causing the problem, how to fix it, and what to do in the future to make sure this did not happen again! Great company that I am recommending to anyone needing Heating or Air Conditioning services.

Over charge just to glue some insulation back to one of the panels/cover. At the end I felt like they just wanted to sell me a new unit.

Jason came out this morning and inspected and serviced our unit. In the high heat it was struggling to keep the house cool. The air coming out was 78 degrees, the unit needed refrigerant and sealant. Jason inspected the system tighten fittings and filled system. Now it only comes on when required does not have to run all day and the temperature remains constant. Jason is an excellent service person and a professional. Very knowledgeable in his field. J&M is a professional company and does excellent work. My thanks to everyone at J&M.

I had an issue with the home thermostat that, upon diagnosis, also included the heater itself, all in the midst of a cold snap. Got a service appointment in less than 48 hours and the problem was solved quickly and efficiently. Great customer service, quality work, all from a technician who is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend J&M for any household heating/AC needs.

Jason laerd was my technician as per our request! He did a fantastic job. I was running late and Charity checked in on my ETA to my place as I was running late. Jason waited for me patiently, as soon as I get there he told me the plan of what was gonna be replced! He told me approximately how long it would take to install!. J & M Air Conditioning & Heating helped me solve a problem with a mini split A/C unit I was trying to install. I stopped in on a Friday, and even though they were busy, a technician immediately asked me what I needed help with. I showed him the copper tubing that I needed to connect together. He said he didn't have fittings for tubing this small, but he took them back into the shop. 2 minutes later he came back with tools, which he used to turn one of the line pieces into a double-ended adapter, which was exactly what I needed to connect the high pressure lines and complete the job! The people there seemed friendly, knowledgeable, and they cared about even the smallest details of the job, which is rare in my experience. I would trust J & M with my home HVAC needs, time, and money.
