Brett was very courteous, thorough and professional. He worked on both our minisplit used for ac and supplemental heat, as well as our boiler and related components used for our baseboard heating system. We have used HHS nkw for more than 30 years for services on 3 properties and have always found them to be reliable, competent, and competitively priced.

Michael M was friendly, professional and respectful of my home. He kept me updated on the process of installing AC and explained any questions. I appreciated that his boss stopped by to check in on the installation, also very nice and professional. I'd use them again for any maintenance or service I may need. Thank you!

Max and Gab were great! They worked from nine in the morning to after six o’clock putting in my new furnace. They took one short break to eat and got back to it immediately. They are very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

Dusty Johnsonwith was very professional and extremely knowlegeable about our HVAC system. Pointed out the condition that was causing our Air Conditional problem and shared what the easy fix action was to correct it now and in the future. He was easy to communicate with and explained the issues in none technical terms that made the issue we were having very clear and understandable. We just purchased our home and needed to have our furnace and AC checked. Clint came out and did the maintenance on our system and replaced filters. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use Home Heating Service again for future business. Excellent customer service.

The technician Joel S. was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did the job he was here for, and he answered the questions I had as a new home owner regarding my furnace and thermostat.

Scott was amazing! Loved having him come into our home to service and install a new blower for our fireplace & cleaning of the mechanism. He was very professional, extremely friendly and courteous and cleaned up after he was finished with the job! He is even dog friendly, which is a plus for us!! Just an amazing guy all around and provided wonderful service. My husband and I were very thankful for the work he did. We will recommend that Scott come out again when it's time for a cleaning or service of our fireplace & AC maintenance. I was unaware that your company provides cleaning of ducts, vents & AC maintenance. We will definitely use your company again for all of our AC & Heating needs!

HVAC Expert, Geoff Brown, performed an extensive, detailed inspection (including testing) on our Lennox furnace, (which Home Heating installed in 2017) to include re-tweaking/re-calibrating the furnace to operate more efficiently. He also spent time explaining what he did to ensure the unit was working proficiently and included a run down on the general health of the furnace. If the 2022/2023 Farmer's Almanac winter projection is correct (VERY COLD in these here parts) than I recommend getting a comprehensive furnace check-up and ask for Geoff.
