Top notch company. Had some airflow issues. Called and got same day appt. Brett was on time and very professional. Was in and out in less than 30 min and resolved issue on the spot. Took time to explain everything for me. Price was less than I expected. Highly recommended and will use again.

We have been using Home Heating Service since 2001 & wouldn’t use anyone else. In the past they have installed a furnace and A/C system & additionally a water heater. They have serviced our systems through the years.
Recently we decided to upgrade our furnace to a more efficient furnace. Their sales consultant, Scott B., provided the pros/cons of each furnace option. His thorough, no high-pressure presentation helped us pick the best option for us.
Dan B. & his team were right on time. The team was professional, courteous & took the time to explain the operation of the furnace & attached humidifier. Protective covering was placed on our stairs during the installation of the new furnace.
Our sales consultant, Scott B. stopped by during the installation to see how things were going. Additionally, John D., Home Heating Service’s install manager came by to check on the installation progress.
Everything went so smoothly. We felt that Home Heating Service team had our best interests & went above & beyond to provide an excellent product with outstanding installation & service.

Clint showed up exactly on schedule, and explained what the issue was with the furnace. He had the parts needed on his truck, and it didn't take long, before our heat was restored.

I was surprised that initially I was able to schedule a service call for the next day, because of the holiday season and the impending cold front. I was sent text reminders and updates, and on the day of service, I could follow the technician's location in real time!

When does the furnace decide to fail? When is -6° of course. After several calls with other companies whose available appointments were five days away Home Heating Service came through within hours and got us up and running. The technician Geoff was professional, informative and knowledgeable and had our heat restored. I was thankful for the prompt response and repair at such a desperate time.

Friendly initial phone conversation and appointment scheduling. Tech, Clint, was on time and professional. Parts ordered on Friday, installed on Monday (not time sensitive). On time and professional again. Can't ask for more. Highly recommend.

Joel was professional, knowledgeable and took care of our gas leak in our furnace within a couple hours. He had to go get a new valve to install and came back quickly to finish the job. Thank you, we are very appreciative.

AC has been running over time to cool down. Called for service and it was low on refrigerant. Jared topped it off made an adjustment,now it is working as it should.

We needed a repair on our furnace because the pilot didn’t stay lit. Technician told us the igniter was bad, so he replaced it and the furnace started to work again. Problem was solved quick like in 20mins. He was nice and friendly and did a great job. Our complain is that we were overcharged for the parts. They charged us $110 for labor + $180 for igniter which is $30 for retail. They may double or triple the retail price for the parts, but 6x is way too much.

They replaced my hot water heater. Joel S. the technician was phenomenal. This company is awesome. Very clean you couldn't tell anyone had been here.
