Joel did a great job on our annual HVAC maintenance. He was professional and thoroughly explained everything he was doing! We’ve used Home Heating Service numerous times and we would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Excellent service. You actually get a human on the first ring when you call their phone number. Had a leaking furnace humidifier on a late Friday afternoon making a mess all over my basement floor. They were able to dispatch a service tech who had all the parts on the truck to get me fixed up quick. Repeat customer, well done again.

Joel arrived and was unable to deduce a remedy for the problem and I paid him $110. He quickly scheduled in Carlos (the same day) to come and troubleshoot the wiring issue or maybes a defective zone relay. Carlos isolated the problem to a newly installed (by me) relay that was defective.
My unwillingness to give a higher rating was that I am dissatisfied for feeling like I was over-charged for this service.
Granted, I should have asked Carlos how much the replacement relay would cost since I can buy it for under a hundred dollars on Amazon and I failed to inquire. Had I asked and got the answer of over $400, I would have asked Carlos to bill me for the service up to that point and replaced the relay myself and saving myself a lot of money. So now the entire endeavor with this simple repair was over $500.
I am not happy about the cost. Home Heating Service has been my go-to for years, and now I’m contemplating going elsewhere.

My two young kids and I came home from a long weekend to our heating not working. Not only is the house cold, but we are expecting a snow storm tomorrow. Eric arrived to our house 20 min after I called the company. He was very professional and even took the time to explain what was wrong, what he was doing, things to look out for in the future, and ways we could better optimize use of our furnace. He had our heat back on within an hour. Amazing service!

My furnace went out and since the weather was cold, it was important to get it fixed right away. They squeezed me into their booked schedule, which was so appreciated. Geoff, the tech, showed up within a few hours and completed the repair. He was very friendly and professional, and explained the furnace situation to me. I would definitely use this company again.

Brady came over today to check out the furnace and gas lines. He was very professional and efficient. I will be calling this company again next time I need anything done with HVAC.

Called Home Heating Service on short notice. Jared arrived promptly within 30 to 40 minutes of the initial call. Identified the problem as a burned out fan assembly and successfully verified that the part was in stock at a decent price. Drove back through rush hour traffic to retrieve the part and installed it. From initial call to successful install was approximately 1.5 hours. Excellent job all around. Will look to this company for some additional work needed in the future.

Service person, Braden, was courteous and knowledgeable, updating us in detail about our furnace. He recommended an annual plan that is cheaper than a service plan (what company does that)! Well priced in my opinion!

I needed my furnace cleaned and serviced and the tech Brady was very polite and professional. He worked quickly and arrived on time. It was a very positive experience, I highly recommend!

Clint was professional and thorough. He was patient and answered all of my questions and left my fireplace looking better than it has in years.
