Robbins gave us an excellent quote for replacing our furnace. They are some of the cheapest in town without sacrificing quality. Everything was explained to us and the quote was quick and easy. Dan cleaned and repaired the A/C system getting us ready to go for the summer season. He also spent time walking us through the operation of the fan circulation feature to better balance the upstairs and downstairs temperatures. Robbins installed the new furnace and air conditioning system in 2012 and has kept it running well every year since.

On December 16th, 2021 I had robbins heating and air conditioning come out to reinstall a swamp cooler that had been blown off during a storm. Unbeknownst to me but apparent to the technician, the swamp cooler had been damaged and will need to be replaced. Without my authorization, they knowingly installed the damaged swamp cooler, which will ultimately need to be uninstalled. After contacting the manager, I was informed that the work was approved, which it was not, and that the technicians did not know that the swamp cooler was damaged, which is clearly was as they showed me pictures of it after they installed it. The manager refuses to compromise on the $400 instillation charge.

We've used Robbins for years for maintenance of our heater and air conditioner. They've always been friendly, honest, and show us exactly what they'll be working on and what's needed done. We had a bee get into our venting system and stop the motor from working correctly. The technician from Robbins was able to show me what was wrong, what he did to fix it, and why we didn't need any repairs right now. I'd highly recommend their yearly service plan to keep things simple.

All the tech could do was turn on the garage heater to make sure it was running OK and he set the thermostat, to hold at 45 degrees per my request. It was my fault that he couldn't access the heater to clean it because I forgot to make sure my son moved his vehicle out of the way. The tech helped me out and I am happy with his service.
