    Company did an maintenance of my Trane heating system which they originally installed , time unknown. They had to replace a capacitor for the fan, cost $168. Cost at Lowes approximately $10. This mark up is ridiculous, and because of this I would not recommend this company.

    We had a mini split system installed by a different contractor who left us with a partially functioning hvac setup that didn't cool half of our house at all. After a couple summers of fighting with the system and the original installer, we finally gave up and called Robbins in to try to get the system working. It took Robbins several visits to fix all of the screw ups from the last installer, but (fingers crossed) I think that we're finally able to use our system the way we intended. Thanks Frank!

    Update Post. It's nice that a company stands behind there product. It did take 3-4 times of having them come back but they made it right. George and Dallas took care to do a very clean and professional job. This team is polite and very knowledgeable.

    I would recommend this company for future jobs.

    I had Robbins come out and service our mini split. I gave them the error I was having (low refrigerant) right after install by another entity. They charged the system and tested the output, all seemed to be good.

    Sadly they didn't catch that on my two head system the wiring was reversed from the way the refrigerant lines were hooked up. It was obvious enough that when I started getting the new error I was able to self diagnose. This would have shown if the tech didn't turn both heads on at the same time to max cooling which forced both valves to open and the system could not detect the problem at that moment. The tech was respectful and good otherwise.

    I reversed the wires to match the refrigerant lines and the system has been working great sense.

    I hired Robbins 2 times when my furnace stopped working and both times they went above and beyond my expectation. 2 days ago they replaced my furnace and did a great job. Steve was great with explaining in detail 3 different units in a way that was easy to understand.I was told installation will take 6-8 hrs, but it was done in 3 hrs. He also got me a thermostat that I wanted without additional cost. Great company!Will recommend them to everyone I know

    We recently had Robbins come out for an annual furnace service, Mike was our technician and he was professional, pleasant and skilled. He found a few issues with our furnace and made several suggestions. We reviewed his suggestions and opted to get a quote on a new furnace. Mike made a call and Steve came out within 30 minutes, rearranging his schedule to make it easier for our family. Steve presented different system options, sent detailed quotes and left us all the information we needed to make a good decision for our home. We looked into second opinions as a matter of due diligence and found Robbins to be the most competitive bid. George and Tom came out to do the install, they were on time and fantastic. George included my 3 year old son, making him feel like a huge helper. George and Tom went above and beyond during the entire install process to inform us, include us and be consummate professionals. We highly recommend Robbins for all levels of service for you heating needs.

    Sold me a 16 SEER ac unit but the rating on the unit was only 14.5. Paid an extra $1000 for a unit called 16 Seer. Talked to salesman and his only option was to take it out and refund our money. Brochure says up to 17 SEER. Definitely false advertising.
