We had a brand new AC Unit installed in our recently purchased house, which was built in 1954. The Robbins team did an amazing job ensuring that everything was hooked up correctly. Because the wiring in our house is a bit older the installation took more time than expected, but they stuck to their estimate and ensured they left with the best product in place. When winter rolled around a few months later, we had an issue switching to our heater. They came out and quickly fixed the issue for no additional fee. They have amazing customer service and work ethic, and I'll be recommending them to all family and friends in the future!
Initially I wrote this review as a 2 star rating and redacted it however Robbins needs to step it up! I had our system serviced 3 weeks ago. Going into this service it had no problems, but now I have wet mildewing floors because their technician has now twice incorrectly reconnected the condenser hose. When I asked Robbins to pay for carpet cleaning or at least provide fans to prevent mildew they refused. When I asked them to comp the visit to make up for me needing to have the carpets cleaned they refused. Initially I gave them two stars because the technician was courteous but after he now twice failed a simple but critical task and his company refused to back his work I am out of patience. It’s now 2 days before Christmas I have family in town and my carpets are soaked!
You broke a system that was fixed Robbins. Please call me and get this properly resolved!
Update: they never called me back despite me reaching out to them approximately 6 times. I ended up paying for fans, carpet cleaning and they gave NO discount for their less than optimal work.
Dallas, the service tech did a great job getting our Mini Split system repaired after moth infestation shorted out our main control board in the compressor case. Dallas replaced the board and did a complete clean and service of the cooling head and compressor unit. His cleaning job of the cooling head was very thorough, much better than the last company I used. He suggested adding a few moth balls in the compressor unit to keep moths out. I will use Robbins again if needed
I’ve used them at a house before and they are well priced and reliable. However- I called to get 3 more homes done, and they told me I could not schedule anything until the next week because there is only 1 person that can schedule appointments and they weren’t there for that week.
I went ahead and scheduled with someone else, just very inconvenient and I think they should have more than 1 person that can schedule just so that person can have time off!

Our furnace went out during the night. Next morning I called Robbins Heating and they dispatched a tech right away. Chris came out within 45 minutes of my request for service. He checked everything over, cleaned it, and replaced a part. He explained everything he was doing and was super personable. The total cost was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this company.
Overall it was a positive experience. The AC works great and the installers were very personable and knowledgeable. They got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. They arranged the inspection for us, on the days we preferred and were able to tell us the extra things we would need such as extra fire alarms and Co2 monitors in order to pass inspection They took their time to explain things to us and advised us on moving our thermostat and the best option available to us which did include them not doing the work and saving us some money instead. The Cons: They forgot the vents to the door twice and the 2nd time were unaware that they needed them but were able to call and get someone to deliver them quickly. The electrician they use as their "preferred" professional is insanely hard to get a hold of (he did a very good job though). I had to call him multiple times and leave multiple messages over multiple days before I got a response. They missed an appointment to "charge" the AC because of snow and said they called me but the only missed call I had was after the appointment time had already passed and they did not leave a message. We had someone waiting at the house for them for quite some time before we called them and they said they weren't coming. You can't control the weather but their communication seems a bit lacking. But I would still recommend them as an installer.

The price is very fair for the work done to keep my furnace operational. This is the very same company that installed my furnace back in 1975 and it is still doing well. It is hot water heat and even though it is old, it is such a simple system that it just continues to do the job! We have been very happy with Robbins Heating and Air Conditioning through the years.
When other companies didn't seem to know what the problem was or said they were too busy Robbins gave us AWESOME, same day service with a knowledgable, professional tech. I wouldn't use anyone else!
