Christian completed a fast and professional service at my home. Replaced a capacitor, filter and cleaned our outdoor unit all in around an hour. The lady that called to schedule the appointment was super friendly as well although I don’t recall her name. Would definitely recommend this company and will utilize their services in the future.

Really happy with the work that Chris, Jon, Anthony, and Thomas did getting my new a/c installed. They all stayed really late and had to come back later to finish up the work to ensure everything was done correctly. Everyone was really friendly and professional. Would highly recommend basset for any heating or cooling jobs.

Needed service on our home' which we inherited. We had no heat. From Tech Christian, Tomas, the new system installed with Thomas Alvares and Jordan Alvaran - WE GOT THE HOOK UUUP! We are now cozy and comfy and toasty warm. Professional, friendly, prompt, caring. The installation was precise and well-done. We could not have asked for a better company to put on speed dial. We had our water heater replaced by Basset last week, and they did a great job. They responded quickly and arrived when they said they would. I want to give a special thanks to Bobby, Brad, Tristan and Kevin. They were very professional, friendly and explained fully all they were doing and why a new water heater should be considered. It was installed on the same day as their inspection. They cleaned up well after themselves, and when some water drained out of the old heater as it was being removed, they quickly grabbed towels and wiped it up. The new heater is working great, and the price was very reasonable as well.

Jordan and Tristan were absolutely wonderful! They very professional and polite! Very knowledgeable, took their time and cared for my house and equipment. After they were done they explained everything to me and answered all my questions! Basset is absolutely my preferred company for now on!

great price and the staff are amazing, from the telephone call to receive an estimate, to the team that came out to install. Lorenzo and Garret were great and accommodating even when I had webinars to attend. These guys are professional and courteous. Highly recommend for installation of a central air unit. There is a couple of things I loved about this company! Our water heater went out called and surprisingly got same day appointment! They send you a picture of the tech which I absolutely loved because you know exactly who is coming to your door! They even came earlier then quoted which was super nice! Anthony and Kyle were super polite and very personable! Only took 30 mins top to drain the water heater fix the gas valve and fill my water heater back up! I definitely recommend this company!

Kevin laurich service tech with basset hvac was awesome! A knowledgeable technician. He was thorough about everything he was doing and made sure that I understood him in the process. He saved me from spending thousands of dollars by getting a second opinion from basset! Definitely will do further business!

The Basset Co. is great!! Ashley in scheduling was so helpful and got me in right away. Kyle came out to fix our A/C issues and did an amazing job!! He was on time, very friendly and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. I definitely recommend Basset!
