Installed new AC and replaced furnace. Install didn't quite go well, but they had no problem coming back out to replace the system. Knocked 1 star because they had to come out several times, but the staff were super professional and friendly. Also, didn't ring the doorbell because they know we have a baby.

UPDATE: I had discussed the previous problem of the AC install going poorly (requiring a large number of follow on visits, at least 10) and a prior plumbing issue requiring follow on visits as well. On a phone call it was suggested that I would be compensated for the previous incidents. I called to schedule an appointment to get an old natural gas valve replaced with a new one, and was told that management didn't want to grant me any sort of discount to get this done despite the prior suggestion for compensation. Changed to 3 stars, for politeness, flexibility, and following through to completion. Knocked 2 stars for having to get that much follow up on 2 separate projects, and failure to compensate me for the amount of follow up it took to get previous work corrected.

From the quote I received from Thomas, who was honest with me and very thorough, to the install with Lorenzo, Tyrell and Anthony. My whole experience has been great! The technicians walked me through everything and explained what they did. They were clean and efficient. All in all, I would definitely recommend Bassett and will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

My Technician Jordan A & John k were amazing super professional and respectful in every way they ask for permission before doing anything which I thought was awesome. They cleaned everything up as if it was never there awesome technicians ask for them specifically if you want a clean easy and smooth job.

As first time homeowners now becoming first time home sellers, we realized we were total losers about our HVAC maintenance. Kevin came over and completely serviced/cleaned our furnace and also cleaned our embarrassingly dirty outside AC unit. He was quick, concise, and professional and took the time to answer all my amateur questions. Home maintenance costs completely freak me out, but the overall cost for the services provided was totally fair and didn’t give me a heart attack. I especially appreciate the detailed report with pictures provided afterwards. There’s a reason why Basset has such high reviews.

Woke up yesterday to my furnace crapping out on me. Called basset and I got a technician named Christian at my door pretty soon after and in a few minutes he told me what was wrong and gave us the option to repair or replace. He even showed me exactly what part was messed up. Was genuinely surprised he even offered to repair since the furnace was 26 years old! We decided on a replacement and 2 more techs (Lorenzo and Eric) came by and they were able to replace it the same day.
Very professional guys. Did great work, showed me everything they were doing and why. They also showed excellent consideration to my son, who is special needs and nosey.
When they were done they showed me where I need my CO detectors to be and cleaned up after themselves like they were nevere here.
In the end it wasn't cheap but we got a fair deal and the excellent service was fully worth it.

This company is fantastic! I had two properties to look at for a tune-up and system check. I loved how they sent a text with a picture and short bio of their service rep beforehand.

Thomas arrived early and was very thorough in the tune up and explained everything that was going on with the system. The prices were very good and the Basset Club Plan is such a great deal to help save us on parts and labor.

The other house had more major concerns. He walked us through all of our options, the reason behind each one, and the reason some parts may cost more than anticipated (it's not Basset, but our specific manufacturer that charges a lot for the parts we need.) He was very kind and empathetic and didn't pressure us or bully us into an expensive or a new system. The company gave us time to consider our options and discuss as a family.

I requested a quote for a new A/C install with my existing furnace and with new furnace. Christian inspected my existing furnace and gave me recommendations for needed repairs to my old 18-year-old furnace + A/C. He also gave me a quote for new furnace + A/C if I chose that route. I went with new furnace + A/C install. Tristan and Garrett performed the install. They worked an extra-long day to get the job completed in one day. I'm very happy with the polite and courteous technicians and quality of work performed. I'll definitely be using Basset for all my HVAC needs.

Numerous service calls—including one memorable Sunday evening —that the over-tired tech was able to walk me thru the steps on the phone to get my heater back on (after a pilot light failure)—all while he was working on another family’s furnace to get it fixed. His efforts (just by phone call) got our furnace working and kept us warm until a service person could come out and fix it properly on Monday.

I love this company. The owner was great and helped me out tremendously. The tech Kevin Laurich did an amazing job. Very honest and professional. He explained everything to me with photos and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company being a single mom, it's hard to find trustworthy companies and I assure you these people are very trustworthy. Thank you for my service.
