Furnace went out 2 months after buying my current home.(Even had an inspector come out for pre-inspection of the furnace and gave it a go)

Thomas came out and gave a fair evaluation and realistic methods to fix my furnace, although I opted to purchase a new one.

Anthony and Eric were extremely professional while coming out and installing the new furnace. They cut no corners, were friendly, and efficient! Thank you Basset team!

2021 Update: Had Kevin come out to service my ac which was leaking all over my basement. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He exhausted all options before potentially recommending a new unit (as mine is a few decades old). Fortunately, he found a cost saving option that worked! This company and its employees has shown to be honest and willing to recommend realistic solutions before a completely overhauling your equipment! Thanks again basset.

My water heater had flooded my place and they were so kind to fit me in the same day! The guys came out and worked for two hours replacing it. They explained everything as they went and were very helpful. I was so appreciative they could fit me in and they even worked until almost 730pm. I would definitely recommend them!

Kevin was very friendly and kind. Walked me through everything he was doing and taught me a number of things regarding my water heater and furnace. I believe I got very fair price for my water heater replacement. I have used Bassett before and they try everything they can before having to replace something.

We had a water heater that broke in the early morning, after calling around other places that were not able to fit in this repair anytime soon, my daughter found BASSET for me to try. I called Ashley there and she fit us in the same day. The other appointments they had ran later than expected but they still came after 4 o’clock to start the repairs and didn’t leave until almost 8. So nice of them to work overtime and get us taken care of. Everyone we dealt with there was super nice, which was a plus. When you have unexpected repairs that need to be made and paid for, it’s nice when the people are nice.

I asked them to check my air conditioner as a 2nd opinion. The company who did my inspection said there was a leak and gave me a 600 dollar estimate. Basset (Kevin) checked everything. He found no leak and said the coolant was slightly low but the unit was functioning as it should. Basset was recommended to me by the person who does my heating and I found them to be professional and honest. They even sent a picture of the tech and called to say they were running late.

My heater stopped working late last night during the recent cold spell. Dispatch was available immediately to connect me with the call service and sent Bobby Westman to troubleshoot. Even though it was late at night, he was courteous, professional, clean and identified the problem quickly. I recommend this business due to the employees it is able to maintain. My AC installation of the previous summer was equally professional, quick and clean.

My daughter came home from work in the morning and the heater was not working. The temp outside was about 5 degrees. I calling Basset because I had used them before and I knew they gave quality service. They came to the house in a short period of time and took care of the heater. The technician called me after his assessment. I appreciate them so much! 😊

We have been dealing with Basset for nearly 15 years and have always found them to be very responsive to our HVAC and plumbing needs. From an early morning call to replace the furnace blower motor in the middle of winter, to replacing a water heater on short notice due to the impending arrival of guests, to resolving a problem with the air conditioning in mid-Summer, they have always been there for us. Service has always been prompt and the price has always been reasonable. Initially it was always Mike (the owner) who responded to all of our calls, but the company has grown significantly since then. Each of the company's technicians has obviously been trained to Mike's exacting standards.
Today Kevin came to provide the seasonal checkup and maintenance for our air conditioner. He was very professional and thorough, at the same time being friendly and pleasant. He also provided some teaching points concerning things we can do day-to-day to increase the life of our systems. We look forward to our semiannual (if not more often) visits from Eric, Thomas and Kevin.
