AC wasn't functioning properly. Jacob was at my house within 3 hours of my call on a Saturday. He was professional and courteous. He was able to fix the problem and show me the cause. Excellent service and work.

This was our first maintenance service from AC Warehouse - and it was great. The tech showed the inside of our HVAC system and did a good job explaining what we were seeing. He recommended a relatively price-y device we might want to consider adding, but we felt no pressure to "buy now" but were encouraged to research the need on our own.
