AC Warehouse

Jacob came out today to service our AC. Very professional and super nice guy. He's been to our house before. Extremely knowledgeable! Explained everything to me in detail, which I really appreciated and as always he goes above and beyond to always make his customers happy! Thanks Jacob and thank you AC Warehouse for exceptional service!

We cannot say enough great things about Darrell, Spencer and Orion. They are truly an asset to AC Warehouse. We had all of our duct work and everything associated with it removed and replaced. Thanks to Darrell for doing the research and showing us that it needed to be done. Spencer and Orion did a fabulous job in the attic. They were so courteous and professional. We would absolutely recommend AC Warehouse to anyone looking for a professional company that doesn't try to oversell you, but tells you the truth about what you need. 100% happy with our service!

Our air conditioner went out on a Thursday about a month ago (the unit is only 5 years old and was installed by AC Warehouse). From that Thursday until Monday we had to spend our time managing the process to get our unit fixed. We had a Tech tell us on Friday that he wouldn't be back until Monday because he was on call over the weekend and wasn't going to waste 4 hours on our job during that time. We continually had to call the office to find out what was going on. Poor communication, poor behavior of the Tech, and the fact that we shouldn't of even had an issue with a 5 year old unit that they service for us is why we rated so poorly. We will not use them going forward.
Revised to clarify happened a month ago, not last week during hurricane ian.

Joe is an excellent tech and I trust him. As long as he is my tech I will be a customer.

Was very polite and explained everything as he went along and allowed me to monitor his movements.Also let me know future items that needed attention. Thank you.

Pat from A/C Warehouse performed a maintenance service on March 28, 2023 at my house, 4805, 61st.Ave. Bradenton. He is really professional, hard worker, detailed oriented, respectful to the property and has a nice personality..
Would like to ask him come back for the next service.

After making contact with the customer service specialist, 2 of the finest came to our home, found the problem and repairs are in process. The Baker brothers are top notch and very professional.

They came out and gave me a good price for the diagnosis. They were accurate with the diagnosis. However they wanted to charge me $1500 for the repair. Since I’m a DIY guy, I did my homework and found a part for $500 and replaced it in less than an hour. They wanted to charge me $1000 for one hours worth of work. That is unacceptable.

AC warehouse has always met our needs. Today was no different; quality service and expert knowledge.
