Pat Schroeder was amazing. I was notified several times that he was on his way for our annual a/c maintenance. He was very thorough and efficient with the service maintenance. He was friendly and kind, and he is my dog’s newest friend for life. Great experience!

Horrible Customer Service. No calls returned. My unit was purchased from AC Warehouse 1 year ago. It broke down. For the 3rd time and I was told I would need to wait 3 weeks to get the part. Never was offered to get the unit running for the time being. We are in August/September in florida, 100% humidity and 90+degrees. My family is just supposed to wait 3 weeks in this heat. Do yourself a favor and use another company who will take care of your AC needs when you need it most.

Pat has been my AC Maintenance tech several times and I request him. He likes people and seems to like his job. He is cheerful and happy to answer any questions you may have. He is really trying to do a good job and be helpful. I have a much higher opinion of this company with the work I've seen from Pat that I do from the installation crew or the office operations.

Darrell did the regular inspection of my sisters unit. He was so polite and explained things to me. I was very pleased dealing with him and I was also was very comfortable. He really deserves an atta boy

My 2 year old HVAC unit evaporator coil ( bought Thru AC warehouse) , developed leaking Freon about 2 weeks back rendering NO AC inside the condo. New Coil was back ordered and promised on yesterday .. still the back ordered new coil was not available till early October . I explained a critical need for the coil replaced to run my AC when inside condo temp were reaching 90 deg and beyond. AC warehouse did a REMARKABLE action to Take one of their new unit’s evaporator coil and replaced my leaky one to get my AC going. For this I commend their TIMELY action…

We used AC warehouse to install a new unit and everyone was extremely professional and helpful. Pat, our sales person, was responsive, informed and helped us get the perfect unit for our condo. The installation team was friendly, professional and efficient. I would also like to recognize Danny, who answered all our questions every time we called. He was friendly, helpful and so professional. An amazing team and wonderful experience.

A/c stopped working. First company I called told me I needed a new system even though mine was only 8 years old. I sent them packing. Didn't pay anything. Called AC Warehouse next. They came quickly and found it was just a dirty sensor. It took him 30 seconds. He then took the cover off and removed a small pvc drain pipe. Didn't even clean it. As he was putting it back on he kept tighten it until it broke. He charged me $250 to repair a drain pipe that he broke. Crooked as they come but at least I wasn't told I needed a new system.

Called this morning when my old AC unit decided to die. Tech Ricky came out and was super nice and told me my options- a new unit was the same as the cost to repair my 21 year old unit (I knew it was a ticking time bomb). He was able to get me a new unit SAME DAY and installed the same day. The 2 installation men worked quickly and efficiently and now my bulldogs and I are looking forward to cool AC 😎 thank you for such a quick turnaround time!!!
