AC Warehouse

Terrible, I called them to fit my AC leak a guy come out left not fixed. I called them again a gut came out left not fixed they did not call me when they said they would, I called and made a appointment no one showed up. I called them again they lost the appointed no record they want to charge me again even though the Ac was not fixed. My AC unit was under warranty parts and labor but they still found a way to charge a few hundreds dollars never never use this company. Dr.Terry Jones

So far not so good.. purchased a new AC / Furnace and entire equipment replacement from them that cost right around $9K ~ The company pulled a permit and failed inspection and needs to make repairs. During the install they broke the hydraulic off my door and caused it to spray hydraulic fluid all over the front door and I had to replace it and install a new one while cleaning up their mess that they dragged into my home and all over the front door matt and patio pavers (oil stains not so easy to get out).

In addition, it is now a week after install - they still have not made it back to fix the issues from the failed inspection and my a/c and furnace / blower still does not work properly. My thermostat is set to 74 but will not get lower than 79 degrees (and climbing). I was supposed to have a technician out today before 5:00 and spoke with the dispatcher this morning after speaking with the installer, Patrick Horn - License # CAC 1814041 (who has been awesome and very attentive and answers no matter what time of day).

I called back at 4:50 to find out where the tech was and get an update since he is still not here. But hey - No problem - It's only around $9K that I paid you to do a job that you didn't complete or service.. screw your customers.. right?!?!

While waiting for the agent to check on the dispatcher she hung up on me promptly at 5:00 PM (hence the frustration in this review) I'm sure so she could clock out and leave.

Very frustrated customer at the moment due to issues / over promises under deliver and damage to the property during installation.

Very professional and explained everything he found and replaced or repaired. Great representative for AC Warehouse.

Andrew the technician did a great job. He was here on time and friendly and explained things well. My in house experience was top notch. However, the communication with the company is not very good. I understand covid has made things hard with slow delivery of parts and not enough workers. It is still very important to keep good communication which they are not great at. This was the 4th time I was scheduled and someone finally was able to come out.

Fantastic experience! This was my first time use AC Warehouse. The scheduling staff was terrific. Dwight, my technician was so knowledgeable, polite and respectful. Also-very competent.
He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. He gave me informed options on certain items that he recommended and explained why he was recommending them. I will ALWAYS use AC Warehouse and will recommend Dwight to everyone. Thank you!!

Nov 2022 update -AC warehouse has added a additional diagnostic charge to their 10yr parts and labor warranty. Beware...$330.00 to figure out the problem, a little strange after buying a $750.00 warranty up front.
This unexpected charge is a way for them to recover any new cost not covered by the manufacturer. I think this is very deceptive on their part. Read your warranty thoroughly before buying their products.
I will no longer recommend AC warehouse to our community.

Joe was friendly and professional and worked quickly but took time to answer our questions.

Nightmare experience! Brand new installation failed in less than two months. Unit coiles frozen up solid. Customer service rep blew me off, said they need owners approval before they could send out a technician. Unable to get in touch with owners of apartment. August in Florida without AC. Stay far away from this company with their fake customer reviews.

I've used AC Warehouse for years and still feel they do a great job. Pat has been doing my maintenance for several years and is always on time, professional, friendly, and explains everything. I highly recommend AC Warehouse
