Let me get started by saying I might be biased because of just how bad my previous HVAC company was. They were so bad they tried paying me to lie about their services.
Airworx on the other hand has been rock stars since day one. I called them on a friend’s referral and the sales process was a breeze for both my properties. Larry helped. Made it simple. Gave me everything in writing and even explained my options and worked with me to make sure I’d be taken care of. After I agreed and paid, he even followed up to make sure my preventive maintenance got taken care of.
Then the day came. And Mike showed up. You know those guys that explain things to you and take the time to show you why things happen - he did all of that and more. Every time something I should know happened - he let me know in advance. The unit had never been serviced - was supposed to have been by the previous provider - but Mike showed me the unbroken seal. But he took care of me and was extra through to make sure everything worked and there was no mold. He was great. I feel so comfortable having Airworx and Mike look after the unit because I feel I’ll get the full 10+ years out of the unit.

Good Company and we do recommend them! BUT their new Location at 2755 Hillsboro Rd in WPB is nuts. Their tech block the road to Omar, park their trucks in the roadway, parked a truck at the Omar/Hillsboro W bound Stop sign. Almost caused an accident. This is just poor planning. Our street was hard before but none of the techs even move just stare ya down as you drive. Just a Huge concern for Safety.
Still no change for the better even worse now.

I had my regular maintenance for both air-conditioners and Wilbert was a true professional. I have been working with airworx for about 4 years now and have always had a great experience. This time was a bit different, Wilbert went the extra mile to make sure my dehumidifier on my upstairs unit was enabled and working properly, he took the time to explain what he did and I already feel the difference upstairs. I always feel comfortable knowing I have airworx in case something happens with my AC thanks again.

This was my first time buying an AC unit. I got five quotes and Airworx was among the most competitive. The staff is very nice and felt like genuine straight shooters. My AC is on the roof and they are notorious in my community for leaking into the inside stairwell, so they tried a new way to do it, up on a curb, and it looks great — no leaks and it's been raining like crazy the past few weeks since the install. Very happy, definitely recommend Airworx!

Had a good experience so I did a contract and use them. Unfortunately, every service after was subpar and a waste of money and time. The techs just want to sell you a new unit and bothered when you asked them to do the work to fix the issue. Fortune have it found a company who cane out and in 30 mins fixed for cheaper.

This is the 2nd time I have used them for a service call. Both times, the technician was courteous and straight forward. I find the prices to be fair. The gentleman today helped with with something else as I am injured and on crutches. He went above and beyond.

After getting several estimates I chose Airworx as I was impressed with their advisor Max who listened to me, and came back with good answers. Time was of the essence and he assured me that he had sourced the equipment and could accomplish a quick, probably one-day install within the next few days. I was a bit skeptical, but what the heck.
Sure enough, on the morning of the scheduled install there appeared to be a glitch concerning equipment availability. With the expert help of Max, who I reached out to and Kathy at the office my crew showed up before 10:30am. I went over the job with them as I felt that the situation was very demanding. The install crew who are actually company ambassadors, Bismarck and Dienier were patient, super polite, and respectful of the property (and me.) These guys spent like ten hours of focused hard work doing my complex removal/install. They were at all times good natured, friendly, and professional. They did a great job.
Some slight tweaking was required and they were back taking care of it within an hour of my aggravated New Yorker call. A minor cosmetic finish was slightly delayed but did not require my presence, as I was leaving town. I was assured that it would be done ASAP and it was. My thanks to all.

Been a customer with Airworx for almost 10 years from first time I used them. On my second home that I have used them as my AC maintenance company. Most honest company I have ever dealt with extremely professional staff. About 7 years ago we moved into current house. The previous owner had a contract with a different company so when immediately the AC went bad I called this other company. They couldn't find a clear leak but recharged system charged me and within 10 weeks AC was hot again. I instantly called Airworx. They came out found pretty small leak after about 45 minutes and told me it's a newer coil it's covered under warranty it's still so new. They replaced it and it's been working fine. When I saw the old home owner who still lives in area I told him we found a small leak in coil and he couldn't believe it. He said they could never seem to locate it. He asked me what company so I told him I use Airworx. Recently I had no AC very suddenly. Airworx came the very next morning an hour early, called me said we are ahead of schedule I can come now. When tech David (I believe) came I told him all about the unit and he instantly said it sounds like capacitor but I'll check everything. Sure enough bad capacitor but checked the entire system. Changed capacitor in 3 minutes, checked the system, vents, returns, very thorough. Had my AC ice cold again in less than an hour. Prices are very fair. They come to service my unit 2x per year no questions and if I have an issue they come almost always same day or next morning. I have referred this Airworx company to several neighbors and every home now uses them that I referred. I highly recommend giving Airworx a try and I think you'll find your new AC company. It takes a load off your mind knowing they are ultra honest and extremely reliable and professional. Thank you.
