My experience with Airworx technicians has been positive. However, the price I received for refrigerant recharge is absolutely ridiculous. Making a profit is understandable and expected, but over $500 for 5lb of R410a is absurd. They are charging customers for 1lb the same price or more than they or anyone else pays to purchase a 25lb tank. My mistake was not demanding clarification of the price before the technician started filling up. An expensive lesson learned. Again, the technicians themselves are not the issue. They have been friendly and knowledgeable. On the other hand, if looking for fair prices on an AC recharge, certainly look elsewhere.

The AC unit went down on 10/10/2019 the Tenant that lives in unit recommended Airworx . Company was amazing they came out fixed the issue offered their first time price reduction to me without asking. Max and Richard both good guys never met them in person spoke to Max on the phone after job was complete. Called Lauren to pay bill very sweet and professional lady. Highly recommended by this Landlord that owns commercial and residential properties.

When I called this company for help, they were quick to respond. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple of options. There was NEVER any pressure to replace our air condioner. My husband and I decided to go with a new unit. The price we were quoted was fair and they were able to set us up with financing.
Everyone was so nice and understanding, from the office girls to the air installers. Dennis, one of the owners, even came by to ease my worries. I would highly recommend this company.

Carlos Luis Garcia and an additional Luis From airworks in West Palm Beach installed our RHEEM air condition unit After three years of problems with the old one. They arrived on time they worked very hard and very professionally only entered our house after asking. They cleaned the entire garage including a large oil stain left by my old collectible car they rose above and beyond the call of duty and I highly recommend them for your installation. Of all the companies we have used unfortunately there have been many Air works is the real deal they even come back the following day to check that everything is OK with the other guy once they’re paid you’re lucky to even get them on the phone. Once again they did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. Unlike the other guy who shows up at 2 when it’s 90 inside they will be knocking at your door at 9 AM.. so unlike the others we’ve had the problem resolved early enough in the day That we didn’t suffer past 1 PM.

SUPER HAPPY! Airworx is a Fantastic company that truly cares and isn't out to hustle anyone. The man Robinson showed up on time. Knew right away everything I was trying to explain from the previous company that tried telling us we needed to basically get a new unit or literally spend over $10,000.
Robinson came here, on time, was very professional, kind, Genuine, worked hard and timely and totally got the job done. He got our AC unit cleaned up put back together and all around fixed up! Looking and running Brand New!! After a year of it actually beeing shut down, pulled apart and "broken". (From previous company) Robinson/Airworx is Amazing. We could had easily gotten at the Least told we need something new to get replaced, but Thankfully he'd gotten it fixed up, looking Brand New & running Perfect!! Blown away from the amazing job he had done. Life saver!!! Our family and myself are SUPER GREATFUL!!! and thankful for Airworx/Robinson! Great Company! Definitely recommend for anyone with any budget! Thank you!!

Dennis and his install team are top shelf all around. My whole system died in the heat of summer, with 2 kids and my wife at home. He came out on a Saturday and arrived 15 minutes earlier than he said he would. He gave me 3 written estimates on the spot. I shopped them around and after getting the run around from others, I gave them the green light. They came 2 days later and installed a brand new attic air handler, outside compressor, and all new ductwork. The install team was prompt, efficient, and a blessing to have in my home. I felt they went the extra mile from the first phone call and the definitely have. They were done relatively quickly and cleaned up everything and moved furniture back for me as well. I wouldn't have any other company come to my home again. Please read the reviews, check the BBB, and ask a friend because I'm sure they'll tell you they're 5 stars too! Thanks Airworx. It was awesome to find a company who has high standards and are certified. Lauren was responsive and helped to accommodate my schedule. Will was professional, courteous and punctual when evaluating my air conditioning unit. Robert did an awesome job on my air duct cleaning. There was no upselling or gimmicks. Work was straightforward and affordable. Will use them again and refer people too!

Our AC was struggling to cool the house, and the temperature in our house kept rising. A gentleman from Airworx came and supposedly ran a diagnostic. He then gave us an estimate for a new air handler and condenser. The cheapest option was $5500. Our units are only 6 years old. We felt like he did not do a proper diagnostic and that we did not need new units. He left, and the temperature got really warm (86 degrees). We called someone else. That person spent much more time doing a much more thorough diagnostic that included a leak check. Our coils were leaking. They were replaced, and our AC has been working perfectly. It cost us $1500 instead of $5500. The gentleman from Airworx who came to our house was careless and either dishonest or clueless.

Our company has worked with Airworx for years and we are very satisfied with the price and service they have provided us. I highly recommend them not just for your business but also for your house. Their techs are highly trained and service is outstanding!
