I called this company on a Friday night just after 10pm and was glad to speak with an actual company representative. Within 1 hour I had a technician at my home to diagnose my air conditioning problem. The problem was fixed within 30 minutes from the time the technician arrived and the repair only cost $179.00. This company is now my first choice as they are honest and care. I will be sure to recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Airworx!!!!!

I used this AirWorx and had nothing short of a great experience. With out mentioning other names of other Air Conditioning Companies that I used before and the horrible experience that I had I will tell you that I was blown away by the level of service from AirWorx from the time they came to my house and worked very clean to the next day when people came from there company to double check the work of the workers that installed the air conditioners the prior day. I have already recommended them already to several friends of mine and they thanked me after for doing so. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Airworx to anyone.

You will not find a more honest AC repair man in this area, period. My AC went out on a hot August night, my 11 month old baby was sick with a fever and in total misery trying to sleep. I paid another company to help me and they left saying they could do nothing to restore the air that night. I was broke, hot and on the verge of tears when I called Airworx. I explained my situation and told him I was hesitant to pay again to have someone come out only to not get results again. He could have charged me and come out anyhow, instead this wonderful man helped me troubleshoot and fix the problem over the phone. He did not make a dime off of me that night but he saved me and my son from a terrible situation. It is hard to find people who practice business with that type of integrity any more. I could not possibly recommend this business more highly. This is my go to AC repair service for life. Thank you again

After doing some considerable searching for a good HVAC team, I decided to go with Airworx ... best decision I ever made. They fixed my heating system this past winter: the price was right, the service was excellent. So I decided to use them again; they are upgrading my air conditioning system as I get ready for another hot summer. Excellent company.

We made a grave error in hiring Airworx Air Conditioning. The AC at my son’s house in Delray Beach was repaired multiple times by Airworx. First they informed us that the AC was leaking and they replaced the evaporator coil. After doing this, they came back and misdiagnosed again, telling us the motor also needed to be replaced, and charged a large sum of money to do it. This also failed to work and they again wanted large sums to repair the repairs they performed. Finally, we hired Airbulance to fix this AC. At my second son’s home in Palm Springs, they again told us there was a leak in the AC and required us to replace it with a new AC. The brand new unit installed by Airworx 13 months ago just stopped working and the diagnosis is that the problem is caused by shoddy welding connections done by Airworx. Now we are forced to pay another company $800 to fix the poor work performed by Airworx. In addition to the AC problems at the homes of my sons, the brand new AC they installed in my daughter’s house in Greenacres is also defective, as it started leaking from the coil just 2.5 years after Airworx installed it. This repair cost my daughter $900. Buyers beware of our family misery due to hiring Airworx AC.

Generally service is very good except if you have a break down on a weekdown!! Then things can get very dicey!! Quality of service is good but prices seem a bit high and problems never seem small and usually are not fixable with a simple, standard part off your truck...Generally I like the company very well.

I had a problem with my air conditioning system and called Airworx Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Within two hours they came to my condo and fixed the problem. Their employees were very professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Airworx is a great company with great customer serbice. They are always available. I needed them to come service my unit on s Sunday nigjt. No questions asked, they wrre and serviced the unit to ensure my house was cool to sleep. I recommend them to everyone.
