This is a great and affordable company if you are looking for competent technicians and office staff. They are always available when you need them. We are a educational institute so the air conditioning is very important to our students and staff. Airworx is dependable and reliable and we recommend them.

I would say that it was great experience with this company from the phone call for service. they listened to us and sent a tech , who listened very patiently. He said it would be a couple of hours to get our system running.
There was another company that came by and said we need a new unit.

The Team at Airworx has now complete 5 systems for me. Two in my business and 3 at my house to cover all the zones. The guys are neat and take their time from cleanup, installation and the flawless operation of the final product.

I am also in the process of having them setup up our second building at our business where we do production. Most important thing is all the materials and units are exactly what I wanted and no one else in the area was even close for the quality of the products we purchased.

Thank you to Dennis and the team from Airworx for getting everything knocked out promptly and even having your electrician Jordan come in and wire new boxes in our business. That was a bonus as we only had to deal with Airworx to make it all happen without a single headache or permit issue.

This company provided me with a quote to replace my unit for thousands of dollars, and another company repaired the unit for $225. I'm adding additional information since the response by the company. While I do appreciate the no charge for diagnosis, I'm disappointed the repair option was not shared and this review is based on two separate services. The first time another property of mine was serviced, the technician flipped a circuit breaker that we attempted first at the home without success. The a/c turned on after the tech flipped the breaker then the tech laughed while charging a fee to do what we already tried. We were also dealing with the death of our mother while the tech laughed that we had to pay him to flip the breaker. The two service calls were not handled well at all in our opinion, but I'll give a 2nd star for the no charge on the last service call we will request from the company.

Honest and reliable
My air stopped working overnight. Called air worx first thing in the morning. Max the air conditioning tech was at my house by 10:00 am. At first it was looking like it was my blower, which would have been very expensive. After max dug deeper for the problem he found the board needed to be rewired, much less expensive. He was very honest and efficient. Will use again

Got a new AC installed at my house by AirWorx after my old one quit working for good on a Sunday night. 7:00 an Monday morning I got an AirWorx team at my place with a new AC unit. The job was done very clean, fast and under my budget. Just over a month now and everything is working as promise, the electric bill is lower and it should go down even more.
My only concert is that at 78° on the temperature control with 55% humidity, the house still freezing, but I guess that's a good problem to have.

A/C was old and having issues. It really needed to be replaced. Was able to get immediate financing and scheduled change for New A/C the next day. Everything was explained including warranty's and future service of the unit. The inside staff answered my calls and answered my questions . The installers were on time and professional . The A/C has been installed and is working great!! We are once Cool again!!! Great Job!!!!

Had my AC unit replaced today by Airworx and I couldn't be more happier..these guys are amazing, Evid scheduled the installation at 8am and at 8am they were at my house, very friendly, SUPER clean and the price was excellent. Their quick response to our call was everything we wanted. Thank you Airworx for a great experience with our new AC unit!!!!

Once again I would like to compliment AIRWORX Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Inc., on another outstanding service appointment. The technician, Mr. Anderson was extremely polite, and professional. He exercised all COVID-19 precautions., wearing his protective gear, etc. He was expertly proficient in all aspects of his maintenance, and noticed that I needed my capacitor replaced. Each time that AIRWORX has performed maintenance, I am extremely satisfied, and I appreciate the recommendations.

I can't say enough. We are new to Florida. We are from NYC. So we know noone to ask opinions. I used my own instincts based on speaking g to Pilar *spelling? She was so pleasant and professional. I called July 4th. She had assured me you could have someone here Monday morning. She did as she promised. Let me tell you about Mike. As honest and kind and knowledgeable as one pcould be. He found the problem w our A/c unit right away. It wsnt a big issue so that If he wasn't honest(which is so rare these days)..we wouldn't have known the difference. Anyway..he also told us he is very happy working for Airworx. Numerous reasons but the one that stuck out was that you guys are honest. You don't want your guys to push unnecessary new A/Cs on unsuspecting customers. The fact that he's a happy employee says a lot about Airworx. Believe me, yu have a customer for life. Mike deserves for Airworx to know how happy he made a customer.
