Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning

Company was supposed to seal our brand new construction home. They didn’t. We have a home that is literally 50 degrees, with a 1 year old toddler, who just had tubes placed in her ears. They came last Tuesday, said it wasn’t the HVAC system and they would have to come out and check with thermal imaging to determine where the leaks were. The soonest they would schedule that was a week later. I asked for sooner due to having a toddler who is constantly sick and the request was ignored.

We have air and wind coming in through all our outlets and windows, you can stand next to a window or outlet and feel the air whipping through.

Horrible experience and after our warranty is up, will never use this company again.

Airtron is the BEST HVAC company I’ve ever worked with; and I’m 74 years old. They respond quickly, accurately diagnose the problem, and provide immediate and longer term solutions. AND, they are obviously well-trained and ALWAyS have a positive attitude.

Technician was very professional and took his time to educate me with what the issue was. Gave me options of what next steps I would like take. Overall I’m happy with the urgency that the staff took to have a tech out to my house to repair my issue. Thank you!

The technician that came, Jordan M, was extremely helpful! I informed him that our 1-yr old was napping when he arrived. He was very mindful of that which I really appreciated. He let me know why my AC wasn't working the other day but was working when he arrived. He also answered all questions I had, as well as informing me about their whole house air purifying system.

We will definitely be using Airtron again in the future for any of our HVAC needs!

AirTron Indy installed our HVAC system in a new home build we purchased in 2019. We smelled gas in our basement so we called Citizens Energy to check it out. We had a gas leak coming from our furnace. I call AirTron for them to come look at it (since they installed it) and they had the nerve to demand $119 up front before sending a serviceman to our house to look at it. Unreal. If your home builder uses Airtron to install HVAC make sure you have your home inspector check their work before the builder’s warranty expire, or else you might be in my situation having to pay someone to fix their work.

I have been more than pleased with my experience with Airtron over the last several years. They are always very responsive and easy to schedule for both emergencies and routine maintenance. Every technician I've had enter my home has always been polite, thorough, and kind enough to answer all of my questions without making me feel like an idiot for asking. Highly recommend!!

Completely useless. We have a unit from them that is still under warranty that has stopped working while it’s 90 degrees outside. Their solution is to send someone out in 5 days. There is no option to pay extra for an emergency call or an urgent appointment.

It was a complete waste to even call them, don’t bother.
