The Airtron Jacob May came and explained how I needed to change my Thermostat setting as the information I had was not informative enough. He was very professional, personable and and knew his job really well. We have used Airtron for at least 16 years and they always do a great job.

Throughout the process of inspecting our old furnace and suggesting the best new product for our needs Airtron employees (I was in communication with four of the them: three technicians and an estimator) were punctual, with excellent communications skills, knowledgeable, polite, clean and were not pushing for sales. Overall a very positive experience.

This company is horrible! They installed our heat and air in our new home 2.5 yrs ago and we had a leak in an elbow that caused damage to the ceiling. I called them 2 or 3 times to come fix it but was told they don't service our area because we are outside of Indy.
I had to pay a total of $380 for another local company to fix it. Still have to fix the ceiling now. If I could give a 0 rating I would. The installers are worse than students and the whole company is a disgrace. Can't stand behind their work because they take the money and run! PATHETIC!

Hired to check for clog in condensation pan, tech didn't check it correctly, insurance co had engineers inspect it the next day and they found the clog...Airtron will not refund charges even tho they did not do the job I hired them to do and had to pay someone else to do it correctly ...horrible customer, never return emails or phone calls after a month of dealing with them. Do not recommend!

Lowell was very nice but COULD NOT reset the thermostat to where it was before Albert serviced the unit earlier this week. Please have Albert come back to reset the thermostat.

David Ruffin was very knowledgeable, friendly, and concerned that I understood all that was going on with our furnace in light of the recent storm.
My only comment is since, Airtron installed the HVAC when MI built the spec home, why didn’t they vent through the wall instead of through the roof?!
I didn’t expect David to know the answer but I’d appreciate it if someone in management could look into this.
12.20.22 John provided excellent service and is very knowledgeable and professional. He solved the problem by fixing the way the vent in the attic was installed. And cleaning the furnace and removing the debris that collected in the unit due to the incorrect installation. The vent piping was not installed correctly when the house was built. Due to the heavy rain we recently had (as well as normal condensation) the water coming in from the roof vent was running down the vent pipe instead of the drain pipe.
However, this now begs the question, “Why didn’t Dave Ruffin catch this in February when we had the initial problem. I don’t recall him checking the piping in the attic like John did. Or if Dave did check it he didn’t notice it was incorrectly installed. You may want to go over this with Dave.
Again, John did a great job, he was here for over 3 hours to get this problem fixed. John is a true great asset to Airtron. You are fortunate to have John as an employee!

about the system. Kept up a running dialog with me as he tested the various components and explained the results. Gave me some money-saving suggestions on settings, etc. Airtron should be sure and hang on to this talented young man!
