Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning

Been using them since I moved into my home in 2096. Had a new system installed about 3 years ago now and still keep the Mai tenancy plan with them. They do an awesome job and no complaints.

We woke up to our house at 54° needless to say we were freezing! I called Airton and they were able to get us on the books same day between 12-5. Then we got a call saying there was a cancellation and Jonathan was here by 930am. He was so professional and fixed the issues even showing me the pictures! Very good communication through out. Thank you so much for your quick response and professionalism.

I got a unit that was install exactly 3 years ago, for repair a oil leak they want to charge me $1610 with a maintenance contract, that’s outrageous, I asked the technician Jerry if he was going to replace the compressor and told me NO, just cut the pipe and replace for new pipe.

Service man was very polite, asked if I had any questions or problems that needed to be addressed. When he was finished, he explained what he did, and the results of his service. He asked again if I had any questions.

Service technician arrived EARLY! Was very polite and professional. Explained the issues as he found them and made me feel valued; not belittled by ignorance.

I've been using this company for about ten years and they have never let me down. Always very professional staff and always on time. If there has been an issue that one technician could not resolve, then they work to find someone that can very quickly.

The technicians that responded to take care of my problem weee excellent! Quickly responded and completed the task to make sure that I has A/C for the weekend!

Called to have my Airtron installed a/c moved 3 ft for pool install. Airtron said it would cost $1,395.00 . And they could do it next day. Sounded outrageous, and it was. Competitor moved unit for 376.00.

We recently moved into a brand new home and heat started messing up first time it really got cold outside and was getting any heat. We called Airtron and they were out at our home the very new day and quickly found some bad relays and a frozen over a/c unit. Through my new home warranty, they fixed everything a few days later. They maintained courteous contact with us while waiting on parts. Thanks Airtron! Heat works great

I let the service dispatcher know of what part we would need replaced at time of booking. The tech arrived at our house went to our unit looked around for about 5 minutes and asked to see the see the broken ignition which I had already disassembled. He then begins the "diagnostic" by stating how old my furnace was and quoting me $350.00 for a $25-$50 part + labor (which didn't include the house call fee). From the get-go he tried to upsell me into a new furnace rather than replace the necessary parts as requested at a reasonable cost. On top of all this when he came back from his truck he also opened the front door without knocking and almost let my dog out.
