I would give them a zero if I could!!!!! I’m a mom of a 7 month baby, it is a low of -10 degrees today it feels like -28 degrees outside right now. My house will not heat and I’ve been trying to get a hold of them since 6:30 using the emergency line. They didn’t reach out till later in the day and I missed the call, so I called them back and left a voicemail. Then a couple of hours later they contacted my husband who is a firefighter on shift and proceed to tell him that they cannot come out till Wednesday!! My husband was finally able to convince them to come out on Monday. Keep in mind my heat is not working and my house keeps getting colder and colder!!!!

The blower motor on Airtron's recently installed heating system failed. The technician was knowledgeable and professional, but the policies and practices of Airtron were very problematic. Although the part for the repair of the heating system was still under warranty, Airton claimed the "labor" was not covered, and that this labor charge was $800, far more than the cost of the part. This appears to be a blatant attempt to get around the warranty coverage. Needless to say, we are going elsewhere, after being Airtron customers for several years.

I thought my furnace was going out.I tried multi times to reach them to no avail. Two this day over a week ago and still have not heard from them. By the way you can not talk to a person. I had left multi messages. Worst company every. DO NOT USE THEM. Wish I could use -stars

Nick was able to come to our house the same day that we called which was fantastic! He is super friendly and EXTREMELY good at what he does. He was able to diagnose our problem and fix it in no time. He even helped us with programming our new Nest thermostat and helped get the app loaded on our phones. And our dog loves that Nick always takes a second to say hello to him and give him a little attention too.

Annual HVAC service scheduled under paid maintenance plan.
A few anomalies discovered and were fixed at no charge. Charles (Service Technician) was very responsive, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Service and immediate issues resolved on the spot - apart from one problem that will get resolved (under warranty) once parts are available.
