Be warned! If you go on their website, picture included, it says free estimates. Don’t be fooled. A service man came to look at a job and told us, while the estimate is free, they charge $98 for a service call. He even called back to the office after we told him we didn’t think that was right and he left. Not sure how they expect to get business or make money. For trying to gain $98, they lost out of probably $4,000-5,000’s worth of business. ***In response to the owner, we weren't having an electrical issue, we called about upgrading our service panel...this is what we said when we called. It wasn't a "service call". We have since awarded the work to a local electrical contractor for over $4000 worth of business.

Our ac stopped blowing cold air. I called Great Lakes. We had Matt Smith, he was very professional, informative, and upfront and honest. And on time. Installed insulated tubing and vents for two shower fans. While in attic discovered a disconnected vent for the chimney vent from water heater. Jerimee reattached. This could have caused damage in attic with too much humidity and carbon monoxide emissions. Seth his partner also did an amazing job. Thankful for the work preformed and for the other discovery. Jerimee also took time to make sure the water heater was venting correctly. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Had the summer maintenance completed on 6-6-23. Technician talked us into a hard start kit for $253. Now the air conditioner will not cool the house or shut off. It’s been running non stop since the tech finished and will not cool the house. I have the system turned off and waiting for a call back from Great Lakes Heating and Air Conditioning.

2. Service technician was helpful and knowledgeable.
3. Price was very high. I understand that businesses have to make money but they charged me $433 for the part they replaced which Amazon sells for $16.
