Great Lakes Heating And Air Conditioning

Our service technician was Bradley Vincent. He was on time, professional, concerned that we understood what he was doing and why, and, when he had finished, he explained why the invoice was as expensive as it was. Our only concern with Great Lakes is that our brand new furnace and a/c seem to require extensive maintainence twice per year, including very expensive filters, replaced electrical parts, and a UV bulb. Great Lakes did not create this problem. Their work has uniformly been top notch, and worth the our five star rating. But something's wrong with manufacturers, when a brand new furnace/ac unit requires expensive maintainence twice a year.

So thankful that Josh ( my service tech) is willing to put in 12-14 hour days. You just don’t come across people with the work ethics he has! 8 am til 7:30 and he still had another call to make. They repaired the humidifier Stratton the furnace. Great experience with the repair person and his trainee.

Shawn did a thorough cleaning and examination of our air conditioner so it performs well and to maximize it's lift span. We appreciated his attention to detail by giving us the exact readings. He was respectful of our time and our home.
