I have a very old house with a system from the 80s that is on its last leg. When the blower in the furnace stopped working, I was grateful for the fast response-time on a holiday weekend. Matt was professional, adept, and communicated clearly, and talked me through the trouble-shooting for his diagnosis. He managed a temporary fix without replacing parts, and talked me through my various options for a long-term solution. I'd use Great Lakes again any time!
