Two technicians arrived on day of service, one was being trained. They arrived ahead of schedule and I was notified in advance of this. Both technicians were very polite and professional during visit, even putting on booties to keep floors clean as they came into the house. Service was completed in appr 40 min, including cleaning off the fins of the outdoor AC condenser unit. Like the electronic signatures to verify time of visit, request to use water spigot and completion of work. Ensures that customer is involved in the service. Have used Great Lakes for over 23 years and have always been satisfied with the work performed and the personnel who perform it. Great company!

The young men were very friendly, explained everything to me with my options which helped me make better choices! They were able to text me in advance of the appointment as a reminder; and let me know when they were on their way to the appointment. Couldn't find a complaint if I tried. I recently got my furnaced cleaned by Great Lakes Heating and Air Conditioning. My technician Ethan Potoczky was AMAZING! Ethan was very prompt and gave me a few tips on preventive maintenance. Normally I don't write reviews, but the service was just that good. Ethan was extremely polite and I will continue to use and recommend Great Lakes Heating and Air Conditioning!

Super easy to contact Great Lakes after hours, I did not require technicians that evening. Representative called first thing the following morning to review my issues and schedule the technician.Jose arrived and performed inspection and did what was needed to get the furnace up and running. No pressure sales pitch! No excess charges! Great experience!
