Update: Shaun was here to change filters and tank. He, as usual, did a great job!. Left the area clean and even moved my salt bags closer to the tank even without being asked. Shaun takes pride in his job and is a true professional. Thank you, Shaun!!!

Shaun was our technician for the water filtration system. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He was thorough with his diagnosis and explained everything in layman's terms. Would recommend him and JF Denny to my friends and family. Thank you, Shaun.

I have nothing bad at all to say about JF Denney. From the first phone call they were a pleasure to work with. Great on the phone. On time. We were told we were going to have to replace our water heater and were totally prepared to get that done. But once the technician got here he realized that there was a simpler (and cheaper) fix by way of repairing our existing water heater. They could have easily put in a new water heater and taken our money and we would have been none the wiser. If you need plumbing work done. Do yourself a favor and call JF Denney.

I have used this company several times and have always been extremely happy with them. My most recent issue was I needed a new hot water heater. I called and made an appointment and the ladies I talked to were so accommodating with my work schedule. Kila and Jesse were able to come out the next day. They were on time and did a great job replacing the hot water heater and explained to me what I needed to know. I needed to file a claim with my home warranty company and Jodi has gone out of her way to help me get reimbursed from the home warranty company. I will always use JF Denny whenever possible!

I have had J F Denney to my home twice. Once to install an electric water heater and the second time to clear my main line. The service both times was great. The technicians are polite and professional. The prices charged are better than average. My only knock against them is the response time on my second service call. The scheduled time frame was 12-2. The technician did not arrive until after 4:30. My schedule, like most other folks, can be tight and this caused me some last minute scheduling issues to cover my obligations. All in all, I will still use them in the future.

If I could give JFDenny 10 stars instead of 5 I would! After at least a half dozen other repairmen from several different companies couldn't figure out why our water heater/boiler system was leaking, we were resigned to needing to replace the whole system (that's the short version of a very long saga) which was going to cost us several thousand dollars. When JFDenny arrived to install the new system, they realized that the issue hadn't been properly diagnosed by any of the previous repairmen and they fixed the issue instead of installing the new system. They could have easily just installed the system and charged us the thousands for it, but instead Jared, Daniel, Kyle, and Joey spent several hours and their collective many years of experience figuring out what was actually wrong and fixing it for a few hundred instead and saved us thousands of dollars. Today JFDenny earned a customer for life!
