I contacted JF Denney Plumbing after finding them on Home Advisor. I was in the market for a whole house water softener and Denay was prompt with her response and provided a quote online for the water softener and installation of four toilets. She still came to the house for a consultation and tested our water which was appreciated. Pricing was about the same as other water softening systems that I requested quotes for but I was sold on Denay's presentation. I also was keen on the Kinetico systems because they run without electrical power.

On the day of installation, Jared H. arrived on time and was very friendly and respectful of our home. He was quick yet efficient of the install of the water softener. He also explained the entire system to properly. He was just as efficient when installing four toilets. He even brought up the entire packaged toilets upstairs and downstairs by himself without any aid; this was very appreciated and was very impressed by his prowess. If possible, I would request Jared as your installer.

This company has been a life-saver for our 100+ year old farmhouse. They have replaced our furnace, installed a separate unit for our 2nd floor (heat and A/C) and installed an awesome water softener.

We had a plumbing issue. Called and within an hour Phil was at our house and had it fixed. Very affordable, professional. Will use them again! I highly recommend them.

There are good contractors amongst an overabundance of bad ones, but few are exceptional. With men like Ted and Brandon, JF Denney more than makes the grade. Honest. Highly skilled. Hard-working. Ted's extensive experience in building is only bested by the genuine care he gives to novice homeowners. And it was obvious from the start of the project that Brandon wasn't going to leave it until his own exacting standards were met. I don't worry about my problematic house any more. I simply call JF Denney.

I am not one to normally one to leave a review, but I feel compelled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience to benefit others. Brand new to town, I called JF Denney because of all their positive reviews. It is not a mystery how they have earned them; Kyle was very timely, thorough in his investigation of the issue, and very respectful. I had several other maintenance issues that did not pertain to his visit, yet Kyle noticed them, phoned a friend to consult an expert, and helped solve them. I am so glad that I discovered JF Denney - they have earned a life long customer through their wonderful customer service.

We've had our system from Kinetico for 5 1/2 years now and have never had a problem. We just had a very professional technician (Chris) come out and test our system which includes a softener and water dechlorinator. Everything is still working great. My husband said "If they come out they will charge you for something." Well they didn't. We are very pleased with our Kinetico system.

We had two very old water heaters that we wanted to replace with a tankless. The venting was complicated because of the location in the middle of our finished basement. We contacted five different companies. Of the five, JFDenney and one other stood out as up for the task, but in the end JFD came up with the best solution for venting and also came in well below the other company's quote. Denay was a pleasure to work with, start to finish, and Jared did a great job on the install. I should note that the other three companies were well known, highly reviewed plumbing companies and none of them could come up with a (legal) venting solution for the install and didn't even come close to the level of professionalism and friendliness that Denay, Jared, and the JF Denney team had. These are people you will fully trust to be in your house, and they do a great job at a fair price.

Jared with JFD was really great. We shopped our water softener around and he was the only one that was able to get the complicated water lines set up. He did an amazing job and really enjoyed him.
