Outstanding company with professionals who are always keeping the customer in mind. I had a sewage-backup issue and Kyle at JF Denney maintained constant communication with me, and provided me with detailed information on the current issue. I didn't realize this company did remodeling and HVAC service, but I do now, and they will be my go-to company for all of my household needs. Arrived on time fixing my clogged sink within thirty minutes. Paid a different company to come the day before wasnt able to fix it and cost me $150. JF Denney has great customer service and explained to me in detail what caused the issue. The worker made sure to clean up the area before leaving. I will be a returning customer highly recommended.

I'm still working with JF Denny on some things and will try and update when all the work is done. They have been very patient and accommodating so far. There have been a few set backs but for the most part I'm satisfied. Id give them a 90% rating in customer service at this point.

We have always been happy with JF Denney - all of their sales and service people have treated us well. We have been customers for 10 years since Kyle sold us a whole house water softener back in 2009. I have to say that Sean exceeded even those high expectations when he came out to install an RO system and troubleshoot our water softener. Sean was meticulous in his work, double checking everything, explaining to me what he was doing (as I annoyingly looked over his shoulder the entire time), and he went well beyond what I think should have been required to make sure my wife and I were happy with the result of his work. Sean is just a nice guy who enjoys what he does and is a real professional. He came out to the house twice to make sure we were happy with the product and how it worked. I am impressed.

Ever since JF Denney installed my kinetico softenter and reverse osmosis and installed the rinnai tankkess water heater, they have been spot-on with service and supplies. Always great interactions. I will not use anyone else.

Bob and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to test my water and set me up with a system quickly. Even though I chose to install myself they were happy to answer any questions I had in the store and over the phone. My new system is working great! I would highly recommend them.

They have done several projects at our house - fix a toilet shut off valve; toilet backup; water shutoff leak in icemaker water supply; and the list goes on. We wont use anyone else.
