I had a pipe break under my slab which caused me to remodel my 2 bathrooms. I expanded my on-suite from a half bath to full since the bathroom needed to be gutted to resolve the issue. That also required to changes to my bedroom entrance and closets in mine and an adjacent bedroom. They would make suggestions on things I hadn’t thought.

Andrew did a great job. He would let me know each day what work he would be doing that day. He would answer all questions and make suggestions when I was unsure. He did everything I requested. Before he’d leave he would let me know what got done and what to expect the next day.

Andrew demoed and reframed the bathroom and closets. He did all the carpentry work. The work was excellent.

Most of the work was completed by Rodenhiser. Subcontractors were used for tiling, plastering and shower doors. On most days, they had someone on-site Monday through Friday. Unlike neighbors who would have workers show up for an 1-2 hours then leave, I had a team dedicated to my job and they would be here for the entire day. There were a couple times Jamie even stayed late and kept project on schedule.

The job was expected to take about 2 months and was completed in just under 3. I actually expected it to take longer. The delays were caused by a missing/defective part that needed to be reordered and the scheduling of the tile subcontractor. Renee would keep me updated on changes to the schedule. Rodenhiser would adjust to minimize the delays.

We chose Rodenhiser to install a mini split, 6 head heat pump system in our 100+ year old home.

Dan Piscitelli who was our salesperson was friendly, very knowledgeable and easy to contact with the questions we had along the way. Always very responsive and helpful!

Peter Goeller, our installer, was also a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge and friendliness was evident in every step of the process.

They had 4 to 5 guys at the house each of the 4 days of the install. Each person was friendly and professional. Obviously seasoned installers.

I felt very comfortable with Peter and his crew installing the system while we were away during the day. They were very conscientious with debris and cleanliness, leaving our home and the yard nice and clean.

We used Rodenhiser for a deck replacement project. Ralph was our lead carpenter and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The quality of the work was exceptional and you can feel it underfoot. The whole team was great and very accommodating to get things wrapped up before our party.

Rodenheiser did a great job in diagnosing and resolving the cause of a leak in my master shower. One of the benefits I found in working with them was their ability to service the entire project. They have a remodeling division which helped tremendously so I didn’t need to pull in another company to cut/patch/paint my wall to get to the problem area. Rodenhiser upsold us on a $34k Bosch heat pump system that caught fire within the first year. Our house may have burnt down if it weren’t for a delivery guy driving by who bravely used his fire extinguisher. Apparently the Bosch heat pump is highly flammable and is vulnerable to sparks (yet, they installed next to my wood stove chimney anyway). Their response was “call your insurance company”.

Gabby was amazing! She arrived on time to perform my annual system check on my air conditioning system and found the downstairs zone needed a new damper, contacted her warehouse to have it delivered and voila! Thanks to Gabby I now won't have to freeze downstairs so my son can be cool upstairs. Extra nice people providing extra great service. Gabby put the extra in ordinary!

Absolutely great from start to finish. The company sends email reminders the day before and on the day of service, sends a text to tell you when the tech is on the way. You can even see on a map where the tech is, with an estimated time of arrival. Adam was a great technician to have. He explained everything he would be doing, told how long it would take, and checked to see if we had questions several times. In addition, he was just a really great guy - we had conversations as he went in and out of the house, and it felt like this was a person we knew, not just a stranger doing work on our house. He was extremely professional throughout the service call.

From first call on Sunday night until service was completed Monday afternoon every interaction was positive polite and professional. The dispatchers understood the urgency of my situation and worked to get me in their schedule. Once I was scheduled I was called when the technicians were on their way. The techs quickly assessed the problem and provided a fixed price for the repairs. They helped me understand what caused the problem and things to consider going forward. I will definitely use Rodenhiser going forward.
