We used Rodenhiser to expand/upgrade the gas service inside our house. They upsized the gas pipe to allow a larger hot water heater, gas grill, gas fireplace and new gas range. Brandon's experience and thoughtful suggestions were extremely helpful for planning and installation. He was respectful about keeping water on for as long as possible. He always kept us informed of his next step and the work was done on time as planned. Highly recommend Rodenhiser, very professional, worth every penny! Kevin Olson came to meet with the gas inspector, he did a great job and we passed the gas inspection immediately.

We had water coming in from the clean out drain and they came quickly, resolved the issue, answered all my questions and made sure everything was working properly before he left…very nice and professional! Highly recommend!

I recently had my gas furnace "tuned up" by Aaron A of Rodenhiser (first time using Rodenhiser). This was by far the most complete and comprehensive service I have ever experienced. Things were done that had never been done since my furnace was installed 11 years ago such as completely dismantling and cleaning the humidifier pump, checking the pressure of the incoming gas, checking the carbon monoxide level of the exhaust, and hooking up a meter to check the overall efficiency of the unit. And, their price was the same or less than the other alternatives I was considering. Now I understand the 5 Star rating!

They came on short notice when our heating system went out just before Christmas. They set us up with a temporary hot water heater until our system could be replaced after the Christmas weekend. They do a great job of informing their customers when technicians are arriving and follow-up as appropriate.

Always great service from Rodenhiser. The technicians are always knowledgeable and friendly. They keep you informed about everything they are doing and what they find. They make the entire process of scheduling, inspecting, servicing and repairing (if needed) very easy. I wouldn't use anyone other than Rodenhiser for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs.

Love the online booking process, and status updates via sms. We had been waiting 2 weeks for our usual plumber, and decided to see if there were other quicker options. We had some gas line work done and a range hooked up. They had availability a day out, it then texted us to say they could come same day. Price was a lot higher than a competitor, but the service was professional and of good quality. Overall happy with the work.
