Removed and hauled away old dishwasher, installed new one. Also gave me a quote for future bathroom work and helped with a random issue I uncovered while installing a shower head the night before. They were very nice, very professional, and did the job quickly. Will definitely use again in the future.

Noticed the pilot light on my water heater wouldn't stay lit so I made an appointment to have it looked at. I was able to get someone out the next day (they even had same-day appointments available though there was an extra fee). The team who came out were super friendly and communicative, they explained the issue and the fix. They did give me a heads up that my water heater is on the old side and may need to be replaced in the near future, but there was absolutely no pressure to commit to a more expensive solution (they did provide a quote, which I appreciate so I can plan for a future replacement). They had the parts they needed on hand so everything was fixed quickly with minimal interruption to my day. Would definitely not hesitate to call them out for any future problems.

Chris Heafey, the plumber who today came to our Newton Centre home from Rodenhiser, was super. He was knowledgeable and friendly. After efficiently providing diagnostic inspection and tests, he provided honest and clear advice about our water heater issue and options for addressing it. We hope he will be the plumber who will install the whole house filtration system that we decided to get. In fact, we hope he will become our regular plumber for regular maintenance and other issues that may arise.

Small company that thinks they are GE. Will charge top dollar for installations, then when it is time to fix what was installed incorrectly, improperly they will charge you top dollar to fix their mistakes. Further, they will send you constant TEXTS, EMAILS, and PHONE CALLS to fill in their schedules when they are slow. Abysmal company, avoid.

Dylan, Jacob, Brendan and the rest of the team did a very good job installing our new HVAC and hot water systems. They were accommodating of my requests such as the placement of the tankless water heater to maximize the available adjacent space. All of the folks we dealt with were professional and courteous.

There is a misconception that they are the most expensive around. They found us more in rebates and offered a better unit than other similar quotes we received. If in doubt, check them out and see for yourself. Excellent service! Nick and his team did an amazing job with the heat/ac install. We are so glad we went with Rodenheiser.

Aaron Beals came to solve a problem with one of my toilets that two other companies couldn't figure out. He was so thorough and methodical in arriving at his diagnosis. He really knows his stuff. And the fix was not expensive. I should have called you guys first. I would have saved a lot of money. But I'm thrilled to have the problem solved.

We used this company to replace my water heater and I can not say enough good things about this experience! Especially the tech that came out Kevin. He was absolutely amazing! Answered all my questions, came out within an hour of me calling them and he was just overall great!
