MIKE CAME TO ASSIST DISCONNECTING MY OLD DRYER AND REINSTALLING MY NEW DRYER THE FILLOWING DAY. HE ALSO ASSISTED REPLACING A LEAK FOR MY WASHER WE DIDNT KNOW WE HAD BEFORE THE DELIVERY. HE WAS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND FAST. I WOULD RECOMMEND RONDENHISER 10 OUT OF 10 TIMES. LAST TIME WE USED THEM THEY WERE QUICK AND HAD FINANCE OPTIONS. This year I decided to upgrade my existing AC unit and install a new unit for the 1st floor. After several days of researching and reading thousands of reviews and getting a few quotes I decided to go with Rodenhiser. Even though they didn't have the lowest quote I choose them based on their reviews and how they handled their negative ones.

The got back to me very quickly and the sale consultant Ross Pickett was more then helpful with explaining the entire process so I would know what to expect. Ross even took the time to help with how to go about getting the MassSave energy loan.

The install was scheduled for 5 days. There office sent an email with pictures of the technicians so I would know who to expect. Peter and Cory were very profession throughout the entire experience and gave me daily progress reports so I was always update to date with what was going on. They were always on time and at the end of the day they made sure they left the job site clean. There were a few obstacle they had to over come such as rerouting duct work creating new returns for the 1st floor unit and Peter walked me through the various options I had to assure I would be happy with the final project.

I still have a few other tasks that need to be done before this project is completed such as duct cleaning on 7/2 and Areo sealing on 7/11, but if my experience his far is any indication of what to expect I am not worried.

Update: 7/11/18

I just finished the last 2 task on my AC project and I can't be happier. Casey and Slava did an excellent job cleaning all my duct on the 2nd. They even went as far as getting me a few replacement floor vent covers at no cost to me because they we damaged when I took them out.

When they came back the 11th to do the AERO sealing they took time to explain how the process works and even gave me a mask to where in case the fumes where to much (they weren't as I had the windows open). I recommend the to anyone who has ducts in their house as it seals all the leaks in the ducts. It is not 100% sealed, but pretty damn close. Once the sealing was done they cleaned everything up and it was like they weren't even there. While they were cleaning up Slava noticed my dry vent hose wasn't properly attached so he clean out the vent trap and hose and reconnected it for me.

Based on my overall experience I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and care all the employees I have interacted with at Rodenhiser. So much so That I plan on taken advantage of their other services they offer. They are will to go that extra mile to help their customers and assure that are completely satisfied. You may be able to find a better price, but I am sure you won't be able to find this type of service anywhere else. They are worth every penny.

This is the only company I will be using going forward.

Electrician crew was professional on time polite and friendly. They retired our entire house bringing it up to code, installed outside lights and cable and fixed every outlet and dimmer existing dimmer switch. They had recessed led lighting in our living room. All the work was very high quality and we are pleased with the results. Weston Fling was the lead electrician along w/ Jeff and John. Excellent work and great guys. We are very happy with their work.

Technician was great to work with and was courteous and worked effectively to resolve the issue and tested the water. Great services.

My experience with Rodenhiser was excellent. Ryan Touchette and A.J. Jordan both of them were so experienced. They both evaluated the problem then they explained to me the best way to solve it. Ryan Touchette and A.J. Jordan were very professional. I give both of them five stars

Riley tracked down the two cracked pipes and fixed them. He also did a neat job opening the foyer ceiling. This will make the plasterer/painter’s job much easier.

Allan and I found it hard to believe everyone connected with this company was both very competent and very nice---from the people who answered the phone, to the sales person, to all the tecnicians---all of them deserve at least 6 stars. We would recommend them most highly!

Very experienced, very competent, appropriately friendly. We were comfortable about his doing the job well. He replaced a toilet and it is perfect.

Justin came out on short notice and handled a repair job that two previous companies had failed to fix. Highly recommend using this company for any heating issues.

Rodenheiser did a tub shower replacement. Brandon and Chris were my techs and the experience was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and they made me feel comfortable out of the gate. The job was done efficiently and cleaned up better than I would have done. Great team 5 star
