Chris was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He explained everything in detail before hand and showed me my options. I felt very comfortable with the information he gave me. And didn’t feel like he was trying to up sell me or anything. They did a great job in a timely manner. They cleaned everything up beyond expectations. And at the end went over everything they did so I understood. Being in the construction industry myself I was very impressed.

Crooks! DO NOT USE RODENHISER for ANYTHING. They installed an AC unit recently for over $11,000, and it soon completely failed. They came back & said the copper wiring had reacted badly with the insulation in the wiring, which had caused many pinhole leaks, resulting in the refrigerant all leaking out. They said they had KNOWN about this problem with the wiring they used SIX YEARS AGO, and that it had almost bankrupted them, but that they had bought a lot of the faulty wiring from a manufacturer who had gone out of business, so they had no recourse & they had to use it up. So they installed what they knew was faulty wiring, then wanted almost $6,000 to fix the problem they created. They said they couldn’t afford to do the right thing & fix the problem as it had already cost them so much. Criminal negligence, we are pursuing legal action.

Christopher arrived promptly for an emergency visit right before Christmas! He diagnosed the problem and clearly explained a solution with associated costs. Completed the service efficiently and re-established drainage in a very stubborn clogged kitchen sink within a short period of time by bringing the cost of service to a great value! Very good communication- you can track where repair vehicle is , call to remind customer. The technician wear shoe covering. Exceedingly careful to clean up. Friendly and helpful.

Two technicians did the duct cleaning. Both were polite & professional & explained everything they would be doing in detail before starting their work. I was even shown before & after photos of the vents to see what was cleaned out. Great service.

Woke up to no hot water. Called them just after 7 and were out on the emergency list. They were able to come early afternoon and by 4 o'clock, the water was heating. They cleaned up all the water before they left. Price was lower than expected. Would call them again!

Needed an additional HVAC duct for my new heat pump. Anthony Mobilia & crew were fully up to Rodenhiser standards: prompt, professional, knowledgeable, considerate, neat. He explained what & how they would do the job, made sure I was satisfied with the result, and carefully cleaned up afterwards. Rodenhiser is not the cheapest for this work, but you sure get what you pay for. I did, and I'm very happy.
