The 128 PHCE team was amazing on all fronts. Everything from scoping, to scheduling, to installation went smoothly with clear communication along the way. Particular thanks to Jared and Mike, who went out of their way to limit interruptions while we were working from home and ensure no escaped pets.

Matt D. assessed my problem and very competently and efficiently made the necessary immediate repairs to get my water turned back on. He very clearly explained what was going on and what needs to be done.. I really appreciated his knowledge and professionalism and his kind demeanor.

128 is a great company! Jorge my technician was friendly, competent and extremely informative! I would recommend him and others that have come to my house to either fix or maintain my furnace and ac!

Received excellent service from Matt who responded to an emergency plumbing call in the middle of the night. In addition to addressing the immediate problem, Matt’s follow up customer service has been outstanding.

We have used 128 for several years now and they Never disappoint. They are timely and courteous. The best part is they take the time to go over what they are replacing no to mention their quotes are always to the cent. No Surprises.
