I was impressed from the first interaction. Researched hvac maintenance and reached out to 128. They were immediately responsive, professional and friendly. They called today to offer me an open slot (one week before my scheduled time) when another client canceled.
Louis arrived on time, was super knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to show me programming tips and explained the process for maintaining my Mitsubishi units. I couldn’t be more pleased!

This was a great experience start to finish - the installation team (Jared and Mike) we’re top notch and I’m thankful they were selected to do the installation. They were extremely professional, punctual, competent, and thorough with the installation, setup, testing and final walk through.

Additionally, we had 128 add an electrical sub panel and the electricians that completed the work were also very professional, timely, and competent.

Overall, this has been a great experience, and we are thankful we selected 128 and would highly recommend their services to anyone who may be considering them for a project.

128 Plumbing did an outstanding job of presenting options with good value and clear technical explanations. We needed a replacement system quickly and they scheduled the installation within 3 days. The installation crew was professional, courteous and I'll be happy to choose them in the future for other plumbing or heating work.

128 was recommended to us for oil to gas conversion and mini split installation in a newly purchased home by friends who used them for the same projects. Right off the bat the customer service was excellent, and the pricing was in the middle of the range of quotes we got. They were able to fit us into their schedule on short notice before the cold weather hit as the old oil system in the house was not operating properly. They also handled getting us hooked up with the Mass Save loans and rebates. The installers showed up promptly each day and were very professional and explained everything they needed to do. They fixed some additional old pipes that started leaking while they were working, and cleaned up the basement pretty well when they finished. The new setup is really well done - you can tell by looking at it that they care about doing a great job. I would highly recommend 128 for any plumbing or HVAC needs!

Can't say enough good things about the work done by 128. Ron and his crew were professional, courteous, and went out of their way to consult with me on exactly how I wanted the install done...and they catered to everything. Ron made recommendations along the way that have already proven to pay great dividends. Ron kept me in the loop as the install went on (finished a whole day early might I add) and took me through a very thorough walk through at the end explaining everything to me...even programming the thermostats for me and helping me connect to them. I showed two colleagues who are in the HVAC business the work done by 128 after the install and they raved about how neat, clean, and well done the installation was. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with 128 on my ductless AC installation! Their customer service and general follow up were excellent. I ended up having to do an electrical system upgrade as well, and they were very clear about what was going on every step of the way. Everyone who came was on time, left my house totally clean after they finished the work and they were incredibly flexible when we ended up having to schedule some extra work in. Their service was truly 5 star on every level.

Our heater was not reaching our set temp in the winter (we set it to 75 F, but the temp was only 58 F). 128 Plumbing was able to send someone to take a look the next day and found that our 25-year-old heater was overheating. They suggested we replace our furnace, and they were able to come and work on it immediately the next day. Super quick and helpful.

I am so glad we switched to 128 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric for out heater and AC maintenance and repairs. From scheduling with the office to the service and follow up, I found the company to be extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable, especially Louis, the service technician that came to the house. Absolutely fantastic. I have an older house and was very concerned about the aesthetics of having channels on the outside of my house for a split system. Wayne and his team were amazing. Courteous, communicative, took no shortcuts and did a flawless job. They even took the time to make friends with my dogs as it was a 5 day job and they wanted my dogs to feel at ease with strangers in the house. This is the single biggest investment I have made in my house and I had a hard time pulling the trigger but I wish I’d done it years ago. They even helped me with the Mass Save paperwork for the 0% loan. I did a lot of research before making this decision and I’m beyond pleased that I chose 128.

The 128 team was responsive and courteous right from the start of our search for a company to install a mini-split system in our home. Evan provided a great and informative on-site evaluation. Mia was very helpful with the MassSaves paperwork. Wayne and his crew performed the installation. They were on time, clean during and after each work day, professional, and very respectful about working around our routine as much as possible. We have a 1-yr-old who needed naps plus my wife works nights and needed to sleep during the day. It was an overall easy experience for such a big job.
