We chose 128 based on the Google reviews I read and they did not disappoint. From the beginning at getting the quote to the end at final install, everyone was helpful and informative. They helped with the mass save paperwork too. The install team of Wayne and Jared was fantastic. They walked me through the install step by step and installed it the way I wanted it. They were very clean throughout the install. I would highly recommend them. I'll be using them for other services now.

Great overall experience. Two people showed up on-time to remove an old AC system and replace it with a new one. The team was professional, responsive and did a great job replacing the old system and keeping me informed during the installation.

We are updating our music room in the basement and needed a system to ensure moisture is addressed and equipment is kept cool. We got an estimate on a Tuesday and lucked out with a cancellation on Thursday! As always 128 was very efficient and everything went smoothly. Very happy!

Get your new furnace installed now!! I called Sunday, was able to get scheduled for a consultation the following day, and had full installation all buttoned up by Thursday evening. I absolutely adore 128 - they are always so professional and courteous, treat me like a Queen even when I’m acting like a lunatic (haha, this Texan does Not handle the cold very well), and most importantly they value my time and tidy up after themselves. It’s always so clean and painless!
For this project, “Dr. Ron” and his amazing squadron were punctual, remarkably diligent and skilled, and SO very warm and enthusiastic. It’s refreshing to see a team that is so clearly happy in their positions and with their company. Thanks a million 128… will be in contact soon! 😁👍

128 Plumbing is in a league of their own! They are honest, knowledgeable, and professional - characteristics that I have rarely found in my experiences with other plumbing companies. In addition, they are a full-service house; including electrical - so you you don't have to coordinate multiple contractors. They cost a bit more, but they stick with the estimate they give you and they're worth it!
A huge thank you to their technician Mike W. for resolving our air conditioning problem on the hottest day in August! He persevered through brutal heat and humidity - truly heroic!

This was my first annual maintenance and service appointment with 128 PHC&E under a new service contract for an existing boiler that had been installed and was previously serviced by another company. I was pleased with the work done, including the ease of scheduling the service, the promptness and the courtesy of Jorge.

Jorge was very professional, thorough and helped us get set up with other segments fir work we need done. Very pleased with the attention to detail he took with our servicing.

Kenny came to the house in the morning right on time. Showed him what I needed done. I needed new toilet, faucets replaced, shut off valves replaced. Also needed new garbage disposal. I was thrilled they had everything I needed and could do it all today. He told me Nick would be coming later on and will bring all that's needed. Nick Showed up with Gio and the two of them did great job getting all that work done. They answered all questions that I had and were so polite. Very neat and cleaned up like they weren't here. This is my 3rd time using 128 plumbing and highly recommend them. They are who I will always use for any work I need done.

We had our first maintenance plan service with 128 today and were very impressed. Jorge was very professional and took me through what was done and what he did (or did not) find. He left placards for emergency shutoffs clearly visible (we had none). He also left a maintenance schedule for everything to indicate the last service (and future service logs).

Yesterday, I left the above comments on 128 plumbing. Today I wanted to add additional information. We wanted to have a shut-off valve installed before our a new water filter. Kenny came out the next day after our request. We had initially worked with Kenny when we bought the maintenance plans and had some initial work scheduled. Kenny is very helpful and professional. Makes the company look great in our eyes.

Matt D. came out to replace the hot water filter (to our old tankless filter) that had been installed by 128 a couple weeks ago. The filter happened to be bad, but was fully covered under warranty.
However, the reason that I am writing this review is that Matt made things work even better than they were originally! He added another valve (and some piping) to make it easy to drain the line into a bucket when the water filter is changed (every 6 months).
Matt did this on his own initiative - and made for one hell of a happy customer.
(He also gave clear instructions AND he left two additional filter cartridges for free!)
