Extremely happy with baseboard heater replacement. They were professional, friendly, neat and efficient. Couldn't be happier with their work. Lisa was great in scheduling and answering all my questions.

The heat in our kitchen and part of first floor was out. CMS was able to assess the same day, identify a faulty heat pump in Zone 1, and replace it the same day. They were professional, explained the issue, cleaned up after their repair, and the heat is back on!

We have called upon CMS Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling several times and are totally delighted with their service. Their service was outstanding because of their competency, courtesy, professionalism, and willingness to make every effort to solve our AC problems which they did with expert knowledge, skill, and efficiency. I used CMS Plumbing to repair a leak where the toilet meets the floor. When I booked the job with the receptionist she sent me an estimated invoice for $139.00. After the job was complete, the repairman said my bill was $65.00 higher. Seeing how he was only here for less than 30 minutes, I asked him why the bill was higher than the original quote I received. I was told the $139.00 was to answer the phone and set up the. Really?! $139.00 to answer the phone?! This company has gone from good to greedy. I found this ironic because during a previous job I was recommended to not use another company because they were highly overpriced for their work. I can say now that CMS is just like Heritage Plumbing. The company I was told not to use. In conclusion, this company was better to work with before the merger of a few years ago.

I had a complex problem with my AC unit turning off and on. CMS scheduled an appointment within a few days even though it required two technicians because my unit was on the roof. Every other company was scheduling out 3 weeks because it was in the middle of a heat wave but they managed to fit me in. They found the issue and were able to repair on the spot. It was an unusual problem but they persisted until they figured out. The charge was very reasonable for the time spent and the work very professional. Arrived on time. Highly recommend!

Showed up on time and checked out one issue and was honest about what was causing it. Turns out we have very hard water and it's corroding things but there was absolutely no pressure to use them to replace faucet. Repaired and fixed outside old hose spicket rather quickly. Happy with their service would highly recommend

CMS Plumbing and heating did our oil to gas conversion as well as upgrading our central air and installing a heat pump. They were very professional, showed up on time and finished in the time they quoted! They even added a door to the filter housing, which I'd not mentioned, but had been annoyed by as changing filters meant getting duct tape out to keep it in place. They were awesome and I would highly recommend them to others!

When our older generation forced hot air heating system failed to start up for about 45 minutes one late winter morning we made an emergency call to CMS because of our consistently positive experiences with their work in the past.

They came through for us again when Don arrived at our door right on time. Of course by this time the furnace had started working again but he quickly diagnosed what had caused the problem and explained it to me along with the recommended solution. He was unable to find the part in stock locally but somehow got his hands on one, brought it with him the next day, and soon had it installed and tested successfully.

It was service with a smile throughout and our furnace was back up and running again good as new! We know that we can count on CMS and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again should the need arise.

Dave and his crew sent me a text on their way and they showed up on time. They checked out the area and explained how and where they were going to install my whole home humidifier to ensure they were going to meet my expectations. I explained that I wanted to control it with my Nest Thermostat as well (not to use the controller or outdoor sensor) and since they are a Nest Pro Installer, he was able to wire it up and configure it. He also fixed my Nest thermostat that had not been properly anchored to the wall. Once it was in, they walked through how it works and how to maintain it. They were polite, on time, explained everything and went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. I will be using them in all future jobs as well. Thanks guys for the great work!
