CMS Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling

We took on a major conversion of our entire heating system from gas to electric heat pumps and water heater. CMS accompanied us from the quote to the financing to the rebate application and inspection. The CMS crew was friendly, respectful and extremely competent. They adapted on the spot and made sure to get our inputs on every decisions they had to make. Everyone followed COVID guidelines, they left the place spotless and paid attention to every details. They helped us installing the app, were available after the install to help us make the best of our installation.
Could not have dreamed of a better service.

Boiler stopped working. CMS came out and repaired same day. Gave courteous pre arrival call to inform us of time frame. Would highly recommend.

I hired CMS Plumbing and Heating to add a heating system in my sunroom. CMS was the least expensive quotes from three companies. They arrived on time and explained what and how they were going to do. CMS replaced our AC Unit & furnace in September 2020. They were outstanding throughout the entire process! We received a quote within 24 hrs. of them coming out to assess the job. Everything was outlined with 3 options on each unit for us to evaluate. CMS made this major project so easy on us! Steve and Adam were so courteous & provided oustanding customer service. They left the basement so clean, we would never know they were even here. This was a major investment for us & I cant thank Dave and Lisa enough for the wonderful service. I highly recommend CMS Plumbing & Heating.

Have used multiple times. Friendly and helpful. Offered good advice on some of my system's needs. Even did a quick bit of maintenance on something that wasn't part of the original job just to help me out, at no extra charge. Definitely recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about CMS! Blake and Adam did a great job installing our new system and kept me updated the whole time they were working. Dave gave very thorough instructions when showing us how to use and care for the new units and answered every question I had. Lisa filled out all our rebate paperwork and was so pleasant to work with.
