I called CMS for the AC check up. Service man came on time, was professional and very informative. Very happy with this company's service. I wasn't charged for any extra services that are unnecessary.

CMS confirmed the appointment, let us know that they were in the way. Dave was friendly, efficient, asked questions and made relevant suggestions. He followed promptly with an emailed estimate of items we had discussed for future service. I have complete faith in the CMS team, they are a very professional organization and I recommend them highly!

Cannot say enough good things about CMS! It took them less than 15mins to get our hot water heater up and running again!! Would highly recommend!

Sean and Blake put new water line in for our new refrigerator. Very old house, so lots of twist and turns. Very professional...helped with all aspects of the job and were ON TIME which really threw me off as i have not had a professional on time in years. Good guys, good firm...use them!!

I've been hiring CMS plumbing for many years both personally and professionally. I'm a cabinetmaker and I've done some kitchen and bath remodeling in the past. CMS has helped me with everything from full bathroom remodels to changing a faucet in my condo. The staff is excellent and the work is top notch. Excellent customer service as well. A model company in many different ways.

If I could give 10 stars I would. CMS is simply amazing. From the initial call to the completed work - 10 star service and professionalism. My furnace croaked on Friday the 13th. CMS was at my house in less than 120 minutes. They fixed my furnace perfectly. They were professional, clean, well mannered and very reasonable on pricing. Through no fault of the job, my pilot light died overnight and my furnace croaked again. I called on Saturday- CMS was closed. I called the emergency number, left a message and they returned my call in less than 5 minutes. They (Don) was at my house within 20 minutes - while closed and on Don’s Birthday. He fixed my issues in 10 minutes and never even mentioned a charge for the emergency service. I didn’t think that any companies like this existed anymore. Just a perfect experience. I would HIGHLY recommend CMS to anyone for any job. I could not be happier with my experience and of course being warm again! Thank you to a wonderful company. ********** (10 Stars).
