CMS Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling

We needed a few corroded shutoff valves replaced and they were in and out in 45 minutes. Every time I have used CMS for our plumbing needs, they are always very professional and they do solid work. I had to have them reschedule twice and they were courteous each time. I also asked if the plumber if he could wear a mask and he had absolutely no problem doing so. Like I said, just very professional. Overall, I will be using them for future plumbing needs and I would highly recommend them.

I got an old house and used couple different service providers in the past, not happy with them because they just cannot identify the real problem to fix it, until one of my friend recommended CMS two years ago, and CMS fixed my HVAC and septic injector problem every single time quickly and professionally. Honestly this is the only service provider I use ever since, and highly recommend to anyone.

Especially want to thank Don, he is such an experienced professional and a gentleman too, he knows how find the problem, walk through with you to help you understand and solve it with appropriate solution . A superhero to my house and my family, you know what I mean if you've been there with an old house :)

Called in morning that furnace was not working, no heat and 5 degrees. Came out 2 hours later and fixed problem within an hour. Very pleased,

Installed heat pumps / ductless mini splits and we’re very happy with installation. Dave and the team were great to deal with and helped out us with an accelerated schedule when our old heating system failed. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about CMS and my experience with the installation of 2 mini splits. My 1st encounter was with Dave who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient, providing all the necessary information to make an informed decision. The gentlemen, Steve and Blake, who handled the installation were an absolute pleasure to deal with, the installation could have not gone smoother. Both Steve and Blake worked extremely hard to do their job to perfection. I will be using CMS to install a new HVAC system - Heat Pump later this year so I thought to try them sooner when I got a leak under my sink. Joey showed up early and got started on the job. He diagnosed the issue pretty quickly in that the garbage disposal (over 20 years old) had to be replaced in addition to the cracked piping. He called me and explained everything. I agreed to the price and he drove to pickup a new disposal and returned to install it within an hour. He took his time to install and replace the undersink piping the correct way as the original pipes were not. He called me back to explain everything. I was very pleased with Joey’s professionalism and ability to resolve everything in one visit. I highly recommend CMS!

Great, fast, and friendly service.

We had a frozen baseboard pipe which had split from a cold and windy weekend. The techs explained to us what happened and provided feedback as they were fixing the split.

They made sure there were no further leaks and that the heat was running.
