Nearly $2,000 to replace our 40 gallon hot water heater seemed pricey, but we had no time to shop around. The two technicians did a professional installation, although I'd give them low marks when it comes to friendliness and customer service.

Very professional, fixed problem. Came w/ in a few days, reasonably priced. They put protective booties over shoes. Workers are friendly and answer all questions in a respectful and professional manner.

Tech was early in the window and completed the job quickly without mess and put up with my son asking questions along the way.

Very good service for main stack clean out upon moving to our new home.

Have a Rannai tankless water heater that wasn't heating the water. 2nd time this happened in a one year period, Reading error code 11. Unit is 12 years old. Looks new, and little buildup present from hard water/lime scale. John was very helpful and cleaned the ignition sensor heads and all good!

Chapman serviced our steam boiler and diagnosed heating issues with mini split system. They were on time, professional and thorough. Would certainly recommend them.

I understand the $69 fee to come out but that $ doesn't go towards the work
I had a new pipe installed under my sink and new drain plate ( I think that's what it's called)
(Not a lot )
Worked took maybe 30 min
Total I paid was $423.30
That’s crazy and although it was convenient I won’t use again

We called Chapman Brothers in the morning and by evening we had a beautiful new water heater. They were careful and courteous, with a reasonable price. I will call them again....AJR, 4/17/19
