I have now used Binsky for plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and installation of a heat pump. All within 10 days. Their staff are all professional and friendly, and pleasant to work with. As an engineer, I ask a lot of questions, and everyone put up with me and I learned so much. They give me confidence in their work and there isn't a pushy sales pitch constantly. The plumber even told me that I shouldn't replace my hot water heater because it is in great shape. I am very pleased with all the work and will definitely use them again in the future. Update: we had an issue with the heat pump, and they sent a tech very quickly who fixed it up and explained it all very nicely too. Great work!

Val.... was a very knowledgeable, professional and a GREAT representative from your company.
After inspecting my heating system he explained everything in a 'plain talk' manner about the furnace. Also, he explained different functions of some working parts of the unit.
Val explained options for maintenance which 'Binsky' offers going forward, of which I will be joining.
Most of all he was patient with my questions. This was my first experience with 'Binsky Home" and now I'm a 'Big Fan'

From the original estimate to the installation, Tommy Idell was 5+ stars. A gentleman and a professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, patient, efficient, neat, thorough and above all a truly nice man. After he was done, I brought the vacuum down to the basement only to realize he'd already cleaned up the debris. It was spotless. And the installation was really perfect - it wasn't just an install but some intricate pipe work that he designed really well. Thank you very much Tommy for everything. Sincerely appreciated.

Charged $450 for a 20 minute drain snake out. I asked for more a price that better reflected the job and got a shoulder shrug.

Val performed an Inspection of the heating and hvac systems and reprogrammed my thermostat. He explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He was very patient and professional.
