We’ve used Binsky several times this year for an unfortunate spate of appliance problems. Each time, we’ve been pleased with their services! Today we received a complementary HVAC system maintenance check after they installed our system this summer. Our technician Chris was prompt, friendly, and explained the process thoroughly. He answered all of my questions and was efficient in performing his system review. He even allowed our friendly mutt to hang out with him :)

I called because of an unpleasant smell when my heat turns on. Someone came for an inspection then sent her Supervisor which was Amanda. I was pleased with her professionalism and her authenticity. She is very knowledgeable of the system. She took her time to explain everything in details. I appreciated the fact she went above and beyond to help us understand the possibility of what might have been the issues.

This is the second time we hired Binksky in 4 months. They replaced our water heater back in November and today they replaced our bathroom faucets. Tom was great, very professional, did an excellent job, and we have great confidence in his skills. We have some drainage issue with our sump pump and Tom explained our options and gave great advice. Friendly, polite, masterful, couldn't ask for a better plumber than Tom.

Kavon did an excellent job with my furnace and AC replacement. He, Brendon, and Shawn made a great crew, all working well together. I’m going to call them the Binsky A-Team. Everyone was super nice and polite. My house is now warm and cozy, and I have all the peace of mind in the world that my new system will last for years to come. I’m also looking forward to the hot and humid days of summer to see what this new AC can do.Thanks Guys 😀

Had an A/C tune-up with a technician who seemed honest and knowledgable with his report and wasn’t trying to force me to pay for any repairs. Came on time. Only downside was he forgot to switch the circuit breaker back on for my A/C compressor. Otherwise good service.

Philip and Kashon were fantastic. They replaced a few light switches and installed a new gfci outlet in under an hour. Showed up on time, were very professional and explained in detail all the work they completed.

Will definitely be using Binsky again.

Binsky is great! They’re very responsive and they employ a team of professionals. Tom came out to perform heating maintenance today. He was punctual, wrapped a pipe with insulation as promised, offered recommendation on filter change frequency and left everything done right. Love this company. I’ll need a new water heater soon; I’m calling them! 😀

After Hurricane Ida, I needed replacements, Sump Pump, HVAC, Water Heater, and more. They came in and did everything pretty quickly and staff was friendly.
I use them for everything plumbing and HVAC related now.

Michael did an awesome job replacing my garbage disposal and changing the pipes under my bathroom sink. He was very knowledgeable about his job and gave me confidence in what needed to get done. I would recommend Michael! Thank you!
