The technician who was hired to come and service my boiler and water heater came inside, took a look for about 5 seconds, and decided the whole unit needed to be replaced without trying any form of troubleshooting that might enable the system to be operational. I know that there actions he could have taken to help my family get hot water because after about 30 mins of reviewing how I might fix the problem myself in Google, I safely added pressure to the system and an hour later had hot water. Go figure.

Nicholas was a very capable service tech who worked on my repair plumbing projects. He did not mind me asking questions. He was pleasant and customer oriented. He showed me what the problem and the resolution. Thank you. Since the work is guaranteed I have time to make a full assessment. 😉👌🏽

Binsky was amazing. Called at 8:30pm when our water heater went out, they had a technician at my house the next morning at 7am. Jared was incredibly professional, great with my dogs, and was in and out in 2.5 hours. He kept me informed every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend their services and if you can, request Jared! Will be calling them for my next plumbing or HVAC needs.

Edit April 2023- using Binsky for our A/C replacement. Ron was great in going through our options and explaining the process and pricing thoroughly to us!

We needed a technician on a Sunday and much to our reliaf, he arrived earlier than expected. He quickly determined what the problem was with our AC unit, explained it clearly, replaced it and thankfully we had reliable air conditioning for some very humid weather.

Generator installation including gas, piping and electrical installations and multiple inspections. The installers were courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and instructed us about our Generator concerning weekly tests, annual maintenance, checking the light especially if generator has needed to run for more frequent maintenance. I want to thank Ron, Phil, George, Kashon, and Steve and the office staff who helped us with the permit process and all the scheduling of the Inspector visits including the Inspector’s names, dates and times. The entire Team was wonderful and professional.

The Binsky company when making my appointment really tried to arrange the date and time that I needed.Dennis the technician who came to my home came with a smile, was very polite and professional.I would recommend using the company for AC tune up needs.

I had an AC inspection which went great, I was offered a visit from sales to spec out full furnace and central air replacement systems.

Sales rep Carolina was initially great, answered all questions, but when I asked to wrap up after an hour, she was surprised I wasn't told to reserve 90 minutes(!) and instantly stomped off in a huff.

She texted me a quote with no details, I replied asking for a version with details via email (I don't like to do business via text.) She never responded.

I heard from Ron 4 days later following up, I indicated I wasn't treated very well and would be happy to discuss by phone. Ron also never responded.

This doesn't seem like a company that treats its customers very well.

I scheduled a combi system removal and installation with Binsky. They gave me an installation date within a week of their initial visit. They came in on time and started the removal and installation process. They were almost done the first day when Kavon realized that we might not a combi unit since we have a separate furnace for heating and the old combi unit was a relic from the time before the remodeling was done. He did a thorough inspection of our home to make sure he was right, and then called the head office to schedule a replacement for the combi unit with a water heater. Their drive to do the right thing really impressed me, and saved me around $4000. I really value the honesty on their part. They came back the next day and finished the job within 3 hours. The whole plumbing job looks much better than it was before, they simplified it so much (see attached photos).

I would highly recommend Binsky, and getting on their partner plan (which saves you even more).

Team is awesome! Tom is awesome! Long story short. New home owner - you know how tht goes. I had a stubborn clog/blockage causing some nasty back-up. To the point I dismounted my toilet! And I did as much as I could…had to call in the professionals. Think the stubborn clog dislodged eventually, but Tom came to the rescue & did a thorough check of my system/ All lines. And communicating what he was doing at every step of the way. Gave me the peace of mind I needed to continue with business as usually. Even gave me some reassurance in regards to my system. My experience from start to finish was a positive one- customer service team excellent, dispatcher excellent, and Tom was just the icing on the cake. Will definitely hire again.
