Not the cheapest but extremely professional. Great dispatch, team arrived on time, estimate process was clear and transparent. Guys were quick, courteous and left everything clean. They used drop clothes during the work. Nice guys who worked fast.

Michale did great job ,he came on time and diagnosed and figured out what the real issue is and used the best way to fix the hole in the PVC pipe and transferred the work to electrical department to fix the breaker. I’m so satisfied with his work.

I was visited by Caroline Walker, Sales representative who took a initial deposit of $2189. She was pleasant till the sales was done. However, after the installation, when they charged me the full amount, including the deposit, I tried to reach her several times via email, phone call and there was no response. I still stand by the quality of installation, service done by the technical team, but disappointed by the sales team. The matter is resolved after my call to BINSKY directly.

Just a quick review, if you've small job like small home generator repair , maintenance, please don't schedule appointment with them, because they cancelled last minutes. I made a appointment last week for today, they called me and they said we've huge job, we've to reschedule your appointment last minutes.

I had the pleasure of meeting Emmanuel who ran some tests and was kind enough to thoroughly explain the issue and possible ways to avoid it in the future. It took me so long to find a company that had knowledgeable technicians who would do the job right the first time. I've used Binsky for installations and maintenance and liked their services so much, I decided to get their membership. Unlike certain "worry free" plans, Binsky actually provides service for the cost, including check ups and tune ups a couple times a year.
I plan to keep using them in the future.

This review is directed at their service contract offered at time of purchase of new system (or maybe as a standalone contract). I still like Binsky overall re skill, quality of work etc. However, the service contract appears to be a vehicle to create additional billings. They came out for the no cost semiannual checkup, then charged over $100 to replace the humidifier water filter (which you can buy for $15 and install in about 2 min) and to flush some water down a drain tube. I get plumbing and heating companies charging for services but they didn't even ask just did it and charged me for it. I could have purchased a filter and done the same thing in a couple of days in five minutes. So beware of service contracts and always insist up front that they quote a price before doing anything on the so called no cost service agreement.
