The technician showed up as promised to work on our Mitsubishi split AC unit and was very friendly. The cost to fix it was high so we asked about replacing. The tech said he had to call the shop to find out. He waited on hold a long time, then they told him they'd have to call back.

He finally got a price and it was a better solution to have the unit fixed. When we got the bill for the work we were charged $124 for "extra labor." My wife called and was told it was because he was there so long according to the tech's GPS. He did spend time before he came to the door and after the call parked in our driveway and he had spent a long time waiting for an answer to how much a new unit might cost, but this seems like we should have been told this before hand. I've never been treated like this.

We were billed extra for the company's inability to provide the tech with information and for the tech's time in his vehicle.
The person on the phone said the owner would have to call her back and he did not as of two weeks ago.

I am very satisfied with Hawn Heating’s professional and responsive team. I initially had trouble with my furnace and needed assistance urgently (or my son & I would had frozen in our house). Hawn was able to attend to our issue and get the furnace working in a very short time. I have had a maintenance contract with them for a few years now and have not been disappointed.

I had no heat in my home, and it was getting rather chilly. They showed up when they said they were going to, the technician was personable and efficient and really knew his trade. He had me up and running within 10 minutes. Very pleased with their service team.

I love Hawn heating! We used to use one of the big names, but several years ago we had Hawn install a new furnace and have never used anyone else since. They are friendly, knowledgeable and fairly-priced. A+

Haun installed my furnace 9 or 10 years ago. I had a problem with the furnace and they were able to diagnose the problem ordered the part and replaced it. They have always been professional and gone above and beyond my expectations. I wouldn't trust any other company with my heating needs. I highly recommend them.

When my hot water heater failed yesterday afternoon, Hawn was able to squeeze me in early the next morning for a quick replacement at a reasonable price. With a new water heater in, I discovered that I had more problems. Again, they quickly dispatched another technician to troubleshoot and discovered that my water pressure was way too high and my house’s regulator had failed. That had likely led the the demise of the older water heater. Again, they quickly fixed the issue right then and there. They explained the cost up front, no surprises. They cleaned up after and wore masks the whole time too. I will definitely call them again if I need to — hopefully not for a while now!

The Technicians were excellent. They were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Very pleased with the result and feel that the bill was fair.

Hawn fixed my AC when it stopped working a few years ago, and it was for a great price. More recently, a gas leak repair needed to be addressed as per RG&E. I called Hawn again because they did a great job before and I knew they had fair prices. Hawn took apart the gas pipes and resealed them, which was a lot of work--but they again did great work for a fair price. They also checked the furnace and gave me great advice on dealing with my whole-home humidifier. About a month later, my hot water heater broke. I called around for quotes on a new replacement but was getting some ridiculously high quotes when comparing the cost of a water tank from Lowes. When I found out Hawn also deals with hot water heaters, I received a quote from them and once again the price they offered was reasonable. When Devin from Hawn replaced the old tank, he took extra time to make sure I was completely happy with the installation. Needless to say, after all of the work Hawn has done for me and my house, I highly recommend them. Devin in particular is extremely thorough and professional every time he has helped me.
