We called after hours because we were concerned about possible unsafe operation of furnace. Alex came to our house within 45 minutes and fixed the problem. The outside air intake pipe has a plastic cover and the cover was preventing air intake to furnace. Alex properly positioned the cover and the furnace is functioning properly again. Alex was friendly, professional and efficient. Thank you!

Hawn Heating was a great choice. I did not know what happened to my AC but the house was getting hot.
